"Mariah, right?" He asked her. She nodded and sighed. She quickly wiped her tears away with her white handkerchief.
Everyone was staring at her. She shifted in her seat in discomfort.
"Uh," she said, "why are you all staring at me?"
"They are worried over you, Ms. Metsuko."
"Mmm . . . Kyo-kun," she mumbled. Throughout the months they've been together, they've grown closer. Not "can-hold-death-note" close, but "Tamaki" close.
"Why worry over some girl who just came a few months ago? Nonetheless, you don't even talk to me," she says, crossing her arms.
Honey looked at her, sadness in his eyes. "No one deserved that, Mari-chan! I'm so sorry!" He hugs her, shock in her face. She patted his shoulder awkwardly. She wasn't used to the whole "hugging" thing that the Host Club does.
She awkwardly coughed and everyone stared at her. "Don't you have anything else to do?" She asked, annoyed. Everyone continued their regular routine, but kept a close eye on Mariah.
"Damn, idiot."
