Johnathan's POV:

I kept touching my neck. It hurt like a bitch. Why did he decide to attack me. I was only speaking the truth. I'm going to fuck him up so bad. I started to try and heal myself. I looked into the mirror, damn it's fucked up. How could he possibly freak out over something so small that girl will figure out one day. That she is the princess.

"Matt!"

"Yeah?" He came walking in.

"I need you to do something for me?"

"What?"

"Go. Get. Melissa." He left without saying a word.

Melissa's POV:

Damon and I were sitting outside on the swing planning our wedding. My favorite color is purple and his was black. He wanted it at a club.

"So, Justine is going to be my maid-of-honor. Stefan is the best man?"

"Yep." He said smiling. I loved his smile. Matt popped up out of nowhere and was walking towards us.

"Don't say anything about last night." I nodded my head towards Damon.

"Melissa, look can we talk...Alone?" Damon looked at me, and I nodded that everything would be okay.

"Okay." I walked with Matt far away from where Damon could see. I looked back to see him, but I couldn't. I turned back to Matt and something hit me in the head. Everything went black.

Justine's POV:

Stefan and I were laying in bed watching television when Damon came panting, tear stained cheeks. He looked at us and ran into the bathroom, came out looked in other parts of the room. After he finished his crazed search he fell to the ground and cried.

"Damon!" I jumped out of the bed and sat on the floor next to him. Stefan was there in an instant. I pulled Damon into a hug and he cried into my shoulder. I never thought I would live to see the day that Damon Salvatore cried.

"Melissa?" He just nodded and kept crying. He grabbed his chest and started gasping for air.

"Damon breathe! Where is she!?" I asked. His breathing slowed and he finally spoke.

"Matt (sniffle) took her (sniffle), but I have (sniffle) no idea wh..whe...where." I stiffened. Matt took her to see Johnathan. Stefan was stiff when he read what I was thinking.

Stefan was walking out of the door and he was gone.
