I held him by the collar and said, "I don't wanna be late for class so PICK. THEM. UP." emphasizing on the last three words.
Since I didn't have a good grip on him, he shook out of my hand and glared at me.
"Do you even know who I am?" He asked
"Yes. The boy who's gonna pick up my books." I responded examining my neatly polished fingernail.
"No I'm Taylor Jordan" He said smirking
"Am I suppose to be scared?" I asked him seeing the smirk on his face
"If your smart you would be" He informed me
"Well you've gotta be STUPID if you think I'm intimidated by you" I stated to him
"I'd watch that mouth of yours if I were you" He snarled pushing me into the wall and coming up in my face
"And if you love that pretty face of yours you'd back up" I retorted pushing him away catching by surprise.
"If you know what's good for you you'll stay out of my way" he said giving me a death glare
"Whatever" I said taking up my books and walking away
"Damn she's fine" One of his friend muttered
"Shut it" He growled at him
I made it to class just in time for the bell. Luckily for Taylor because if My Bike got taken away because of him he'd be sorry because of of all my three vehicles it was my fave. For English we had a substitute teacher a.k.a. we did nothing for the too sessions. Then I had Drama and EVERYBODY knows that nothing is done there. Then the best time of the day LUNCH =). I might be slim but I ate enough for two average persons and when I'm hungry I ate even more.
As I made my way to the cafeteria the aroma of all the the variety of food filled the air increasing my hunger. I quickly ordered a large hamburger with large fries and a bottle of water... Something fat free =). I made my way to my lunch spot outside where I met Kay who only had a salad and a bottle of water.
"Did you hear about 'the Kings'" She asked as soon as we sat down
"The who?" I asked before taking a big bite out of my burger
"The five new boys who got expelled from their last school" She stated " They got expelled for knocking a teacher senseless, vandalism of school property and some other minor acts" She informed me
"So they are troublemakers?" I asked summing up everything she just said
"I prefer the term Bad Boys" She said her eyes twinkling
"And I guess your gonna be one of the girls to try and change them" I teased her
"Why not?" She asked shrugging " It would be awesome to be able to say I tamed the Bad Boy" she added
"Well I don't really care" I told her continuing to eat
" But then again when I think about it they are gonna be scary" She said to herself " There they are" She said nodding towards the Big Poui Tree near the parking lot.
I look to see the same boys I had the encounter with this morning.
"Their names are Jacob, Taylor, Jordan, Malik & Dennis" she continued
"Seriously Bad Boys?" I asked "I think troublemakers will suffice" I added thinking back to this morning
"By the look on your face I bet you already had an encounter with them" She stated raising an eyebrow
I nodded then took a sip of my water
"Seriously Jessica?!?!" She exclaimed " It is just the first day of school and you are already looking for trouble!" She added throwing her hands in the air
Kaylor was always one for the dramatics but right now she was just calling attention to us
"Keep Calm Kay. It was nothing major... just a little misunderstanding" I assured her "Anyways they are just a bunch of pompous idiots" I couldn't help but add
"JESSICA!!!" She exclaimed
"What?! Stop being such a coward" I scolded her
" I have good reasons to be a coward" she retorted "I don't want my blood all over my NEW outfit" She added
"You are exaggerating and you know it" I commented
"Better to be safe than sorry" She replied
I decided to let it drop after all Kay is and will always be a coward. So for the rest of the lunch hour we completely avoided any talk on "The Kings"

Everywhere I went after lunch there was talk about "The Kings" and it was really getting to me. In class I had to shut up a couple of girls. Finally I had the last class of the day, Chemistry. I always got straight A's in all my classes including this one. I'm actually did good in this class although I hated it and my lab partner is usually smart as well resulting in my AWESOME grades. I took my seat at the back of the class, as usual
"Today we will be--" Mrs. Marshall, our Chemistry teacher, started but was cut off by the slamming of the door
