A/N The last chapter was short and I'm almost sure the other few chapters will be the same unless I have a random burst of inspiration which I highly doubt will happen. The thing with me is that I'm not really good with endings. My endings are usually flat and predictable. I just thought I'd warn you ahead of time. So... Yeah...
Jessica's POV
"I know this may come as a shock to you Jessica" Mom said "That is why I brought him here to explain"
"Hold up, Hold up, Hold up" I shouted as the man moved to explain. "First thing first, why are you getting a divorce?" I said
"That ties in with what I'm gonna tell you" Mr. Jordan informed me "But I'd like to-"
"Jessica why are you here?" A voice cut Mr. Jordan short.
I looked up to see a confused Tyler and a shocked Taylor standing in the doorway.
'When did they arrive???' I thought as I stared at them.
"Why am I here???" I repeated in disbelief as the initial shock of seeing them wore off. "This is my house so I should be the one asking such question" I seethed
"You selfish bitch!" Taylor shouted at me surprising everyone.
"Taylor" said Mr. Jordan in a stern.
Taylor completely ignored him.
"I always knew you were an asshole but this is low for even you" He seethed
At this point I was rather confused, as was everyone else in the room.
"My brother and I searched for you and Shane for a year" He said chuckling humorlessly "But you knew where we were all along, hell you even met daddy dearest" He added giving me a deadly glare.
Now it was my time to get angry.
"You conceited prick" I said matching his glare. "I knew you were stupid but damn this surpass my expectations"
"Son it's not like that" Mr. Jordan said
"That's what I was trying to explain to you" Tyler said frustrated"But you've been acting like a little bitch and avoiding me"
Taylor's POV
"Son it's not like that" Dad said and I scoffed
I was about to start on him but Tyler beat me to
"That's what I was trying to explain to you" He said focusing his glare on me
Wait? What? Why is he upset with me?
"But you've been acting like a little bitch and avoiding me" He added.
I calmed down a bit
"I'm confused" I said
"Have a seat and we'll explain everything" The lady, Jessica's mom I think, said.
I looked around and the only available seat was beside my father or on the big couch with Jessica and base on the glare which Jessica was sending my way, I decide it would be better if I stand because there was no way I was going to sit beside my dad.
Seem like Taylor had the same idea because he moved and sat because Jessica.
"Taylor please have a seat" Jessica's mom, Tyler's mom as well obviously, said kindly so I took a seat beside Tyler.
"Karen, I apologize for the outburst" dad said holding her hands and he sounded sincere.
My dad hardly ever sounded sincere about anything. He wasn't even like that with my mom as far as I can remember. She died when I was three.
