Chapter 49

EJ's PoV

I woke up, today was the day we were going to leave. I was happy to leave but then again upset. I pull on a sweater. As I pull on my jeans I hear a knock on the door, it startling me, I jumped up onto my crutches and made my way to the door. I opened the door, I didn't see anyone straight away but then I heard the familiar voice "EJ!" The childish voice yelled tackling my legs, I look down

"Joey!" I crouched down slowly to him to hug him "Look how tall you've gotten since the last time I saw you!" I gasp, ruffling his hair, he giggled. A laugh from the doorway to look up to see Shane Dawson.

"Sorry, he knew you were here and wanted to see you so badly" Shane laughed, Joey ran over to Shane, Shane instantly picking him up, I get up slowly and re adjusting my crutches

Since I had gotten injured whilst in Florida the insurance company gave us free first class upgrades, I was upset that couldn't spend much time with Joey but it was good to see him. We were called into the plane quite quickly. I hobbled onto the plane slowly, strapped myself in and was ready for take-off, even though the plane won't take off for another thirty minutes, I look out the window, down at the people packing the plane, they were through things aimlessly, yet it seemed to land perfectly on the belt every time, I get a tap on my shoulder, I look up, it was Dan.

"Hey, we're sorry you couldn't spend that much time with Joey, we just need to get back to London quick, because Phil and I have things to do." Dan says, placing a hand on my shoulder

"It's fine" I sighed, Dan kissed my cheek and walked back to his seat.

Unknown Time

Dan's PoV

I am just floating, light-headed, I always get like this on planes. EJ and Phil were asleep, I sat there, light-headed and head spinning. The wet rag on my forehead keeping me calm.

I look out the window, down to the clouds.

I have no idea when and where we are, I have no idea what the time is below us, I have no idea where we are.

The clouds, they make me float, they make me feel like a feather.

They are only just water, held together, then when it gets to heavy, it releases it. I don't understand clouds, what are they?

I was off school for the past two weeks
