Chapter 37

I woke up to the cold breeze hitting the bottom of my feet, I pull my legs up towards me, I shivered, sitting up opening my eyes. Everything was blurry, I rubbed my eyes, and I looked over to Dan then over to the clock'4:37'. I decided to get up and get a glass of water. I made my way down the hallway I heard a small noise from the kitchen, it was small but loud enough for me to hear. I walked slowly up to the door, before I could look around the corner a head popped out from the kitchen. The face looked familiar, it was Liah!

"Liah?" I questioned

"Yeah?" she whispered, she looked at me, the moonlight glistened in her eyes, I pulled her around the corner, into the kitchen. I pushed against the wall

"What the hell are you doing here?" I whispered gritting my teeth, she grabbed my arms and pulled them off her shoulders, she calmly sighed

"I came to see you." She held my hands, looking down to my palms; she rubbed her thumbs against it. I pulled my hands away from her

"How the hell did you find my house?" I said my calmly

"I am psychic and read your mind where you live" she said, I looked at her blankly, she rolled her eyes "I looked it up on white pages, idiot!" I looked around the corner to Dan and Phil's bedroom then back to Liah

"Okay what's up?" I looked her dead in the eye

"Okay, you know Teddy?" my eyes softened

"Yeah, he's- uh- he's my boyfriend. Wait, how do you know him?"

"Well, he is my next door neighbor." I looked confused, why was she just telling me this at '4:51' in the morning

"And?" I added

"Well" she bit her lip, holding back her breath "He was with a girl and- and he kissed her" my heart sank, I didn't felt like this was real life

"You're joking" I gasped

"I'm not joking, his window is directly in front of my window and I saw him" I felt teary, I looked up to the moonlight.

"Well shit" I dropped my hands "I hate him, I want to fucking kill him" a tear fell down my cheek; Liah pulled me into a hug.

"Y'know what?"

"What?"

"You should go and dump him right now! I'll come with you." She started to pull my arm towards the window; I'm guessing that's the way she came in.

"o-okay" I whispered slightly, Liah pulled me out the window and to the nearest bus stop.

Whilst we waited at the bus stop I decided to break the silence

"So, how did you know Teddy was my so called boyfriend?" Liah looked up at me

"Well, I've been neighbors with Teddy for years; we used to play with each other when we were younger. But when we got to ten years old we started to drift apart. But we are Facebook friends and on his profile it says 'in a relationship with EJ Lester' I realized you worked with your dad's on BBC Radio 1. But this afternoon I saw him come home with a different girl, a girl you know very well..."
