Recap:
My chest constricts and my breathing starts get faster. The noise around me gets louder and I feel as if the people are crawling closer.

Oh god no.

Please. Not here.

I feel hands on my back, but I shrug them off and try to do my breathing methods.

In, out, in, out.

After a minute, my breathing evens out and I shakily stand up.

A cheering starts and I smile slightly.

I did it.

"Oh my god, are you sure you're okay?" Mitch stresses but I wave him off. They need to be on stage in around 30 seconds and I'm perfectly fine anyway. Kinda.

The security guards immediately ran over to me - the hands that I pushed off - and when I stood up, they led me backstage where everyone demanded to know what was going on.

I told them everything. From walking down the backstage steps to standing up at the bottom of them. Scott burst out laughing when I told him about the fight and high-fived me, but Mitch looked like he was in his own world.

After I convinced Kevin to not go beat up Jonica, I was given an ice pack or three for the multiple bruises all over my arms, legs and every other freaking part of my body.

"Guys I'm fine! Leave!" I motion for them to go onstage as I hobble over to my stool right next to the stage. "Good luck!"

"Thanks Skylar!" Kirstie squeals and jumps around a little, making me nervous because those heels are not safe. Mitch gives me a quick hug and I hug him back. Scott gives me a meaningful look and I remember about recording Water. I gasp and pull out my phone, which I had completely forgotten about, from my pocket. Miraculously, it's not cracked!

"Well damn," I mutter and turn it over, looking for any sign of damage. But nope, there's nothing. "Good job for once Apple."

"Good luck you guys!" I call when I catch sight of them moving forward and they all give me a thumbs up.

They walk onstage and the screams are deafening, but the grins on the bands face's are dazzling.

I sing along for most of the songs and take SnapChats for the PTX account and squeal when I watch people get called up for Misbehavin'. The delight on their faces are so evident, I can't help but fangirl with them.

Finally, I recognise the start of Water and quickly start recording it. I watch over my phone as they do the normal routine but towards the end, instead of finishing like the normally do -Avi, Scott, Kirstin, Mitch and then Kevin -, I can see Scott gradually moving his way over to the left, instead of staying on the right side. I notice the rest of the band faltering in their moves slightly but Scott continues on his mission. Eventually it ends up as Avi, Kirstin, Scott, Mitch and then Kevin. The rest of the band keeps shooting him glances and I can tell they're all confused but Scott acts as though nothing out of the ordinary is happening.
