Roman's POV

"Are you okay Roma?"

I nod at Edwin's question and he continue helping me bath in silence. He has been asking me the same thing ever since he saw me this morning. But I am fine since there isn't anything bothering me.....physically.

I look at my friend as he hands me a towel and I wrap it around my body and leave the bathroom. It has been two weeks since we came back from Alpha Fred's pack. Nothing much has happened since, and I'm really enjoying Edwin's company. He's always with me from morning until the evening. We are never apart for too long.

"Let's go if you are done."

"I not, need brush hair." I say while brushing my hair.

When I'm satisfied enough with the style, I leave the bedroom and go down the stairs with Edwin who holds my hand for safety. We were going to have breakfast.

"Do you know what we will be doing today?"

I shook my head and he continues.

"We will be in the garden, planting flowers, watering others and...."

I tune out his voice and I get lost in my own thoughts. I miss my Ken. Ever since we came back weeks ago, he has been busy and got no time for me. Every time I go to his office, I'm told that I'm not allowed to go in.

In the morning before he leaves, when I try to hold a conversation, he always walk out on me. I've actually tried my best to talk to him and voice out my needs but he always brush me aside. I'm tired of trying and waiting for him to have time for me. I really miss him greatly.

"Roman what's wrong? Why are you crying?"

I look up at Edwin and I see how worried he is. I didn't even know that I was crying. I wipe off the tears and give him a fake smile which I know he sees right through it.

"Do you want to talk about it?" He questions and after a minute, I nod. I trust Edwin and he's a good friend, so talking to him is right.

He tells me to wait by the door leading to the kitchen and he walks in. Some minutes later, he comes out with a basket with food in it. He leads me out of the house and he grabs a blanket on our way out. We go in the garden and he finds a good spot and lay out the blanket.

"So tell me about it." He says, eating a pancake after we sit on the blanket.

"My Ken." Its what comes out of my mouth first. I look at Edwin shyly and he raises an eyebrow in question. I fidget and play with my fingers as I look for more words to say to him.

"Ken ignoring me." I say at last.

"Why would he? Did something happen?" Edwin ask frowning.

"Uh, he no talk to me. We no eat together. He...he," I pause as I think of how to say it. Edwin just looks at me as he waits for me to say something.

"He no sleep with me." I whisper.

Some days ago, I woke up and found him not in bed with me. I listened but there was no sound that he was in the bathroom or the room. I couldn't go back to sleep no matter how I tried. So I stayed up and watched the time.

When I heard the door opening, I laid back on bed and pretended to be asleep. His smell was fresh meaning he had just taken a bath but not in our room. I didn't think much of it and went back to sleep when he laid beside me and held me in his hands.

Only after waking up four times with him not in bed, coming back smelling fresh, did I started getting worried of his whereabouts. So the next day, I pretended to be asleep after we had both laid down. He got up and jumped out the window to which I gasped. I got up hastily and looked out the window, only to see him running into the woods.
