Reader X Leo

"I'll show him! I'm strong too!" You claimed. You remembered how years ago Takumi had taunted you and called you weak; and now, you were ready to prove him wrong.

Leo couldn't find you anywhere.

"Y/N, Y/N!" Leo shouted, his voice cracking. Then he remembered earlier today how Xander had announced that everyone must stay away from the woods because it was crawling with Faceless.
But the important part was Your last words before you went missing,

"The Faceless were spotted in the woods huh? I guess that's were I should go."  Leo grabbed his magic tome and the reins of his horse and cantered towards the woods.

You were knocked down to the ground. You were cornered with no escape. You closed your eyes, awaiting the searing pain that was to come; but it never did. You cautiously opened your eyes and saw Leo's horse's massive brown head.
"Get Y/N out of here!" Leo ordered. The brown horse whinnied in response and had you climb onto her back.

"Leo!" You shouted, not wanting to leave him. Leo cast out a spell, causing the Faceless to fly backwards with the force. Leo ran towards to his horse and climbed onto her back as well. He hit her flank with his leg and the horse neighed and and Cantered back to the Nohrian Castle. Leo helped you off his horse and sat down on the smooth white stone.

"What were you thinking?" Leo snapped. "You could have easily been killed! What would I do if you died?" Leo asked.

"I'm sorry Leo, I just wanted to prove Takumi wrong, that I'm not weak!" You explained. Leo simply nodded.

"You don't need to be good at fighting to be strong." Leo said, pressing a hand to your chest. "You're strength is in you're heart; the ability to be kind and make the right decisions, even if there the hardest ones you'll have to make." Leo explained. You felt your spirits rise.

   "Thank you, Leo."

"I love you, Y/N." He said, without realizing he did.

"You do?" You said, surprised.

"What? Er, yeah I guess I do," he replied. "Now that the topics out there, I've been wanting to ask you something," he said.

"What?" You pressed. He sighed.

"Will you marry me?" He asked, blushing.

"W-what? You mean me?" You stuttered.

"Yes you," Leo laughed.

"Then yes! Of course I will!" You cheered, hugging him.

"I've hidden my feelings for so long, I can't believe you've felt the same way all this time," Leo began. You gigged.
"Stay with me forever."
