Reader X Kaze

  A/N: OMG guys, 3k reads?!?! Thanks guys! This has been laying around for me to post for like, 2 months, so I finally posted it.

You sighed, and peered at a bush in the middle of the pathway. It wasn't here yesterday when you walked this path. You finally realized why. It was Kaze, wasn't it. After your encounter with the Faceless, he had been following you everywhere.

Flashback:

   You took a bite out of your green apple, and smiled. The sunshine stretched all over, warming your body. You didn't realize that you were being watched. Suddenly, there was a flash of gray. Faceless! You scrambled to grab your sword, only to find nothing there. You started panicking, and searched for your pocket knife. Left that too. The Faceless was knocked down by a blur of colors. Then you recognized it to be Kaze.
"Lady Y/N! Run to Ryoma! I'll catch up!" He shouted. You nodded, slightly regretting leaving him there.

(End of flashback)

You giggled slightly. "Kaze, come here. I know you're there," you called. He retreated from the bush hasily.

"Yes, lady Y/N?" He replied.

"Why are you stalking me?" You asked.

"I'm not stalking you, I'm protecting you," Kaze corrected. You raised an eyebrow. "Fine, it's because I love you."

"You l-love me?"you stammered.

"Lady Y/N, I would never lie to you," Kaze replied. You blushed. "Will you marry me?"

"Yes! Kaze, you are loyal and a great retainer," you stated.

"My liege... My love... I adore you with all my being. I promise to treasure you forever..." Kaze confessed, grasping your hand in his own.

"And I will you," you replied, kissing his cheek. You knew he cared about you, but you didn't realize how deeply he did.

"And to keep you in my heart, always."
