#2 Problems?

Some of you have too much stress going on, but what if you couldn't do your work without your stress? Now, I'm not talking about too much stress or too much anxiety but just enough of both can help you do better on the goal at hand. A bit of anxiety in a daytime's worth of 'focus' is all you need to have your mind motivated enough to start. Stress raises the bar, anxiety rises you up.

I've been diagnosed with GAD (General anxiety disorder), and sometimes I just freeze up and have random anxiety attacks that stop me from doing my best. However, when I focus...I still feel the jitters but just enough so that when I am studying for a test, stress can pick me up and anxiety can motivate me to continue studying for a better grade.

If you do have a lot of stress or anxiety then this is what I recommend you do:

1. Every morning, wake up and think "This is a new day, and a new day means that today is a brighter day than yesterday." I need you to be positive, to be optimistic about waking up (because waking up on the right side of the bed is all you need for motivation).

2. Have a reason to get up: Every day, I am forced to wake up at 6:00 am even though that's when I fall asleep...I have sleep problems...and so, without a reason I cannot wake myself up; everyday, I find something new that's happening that day and I get up, even if it's as small as 'today, I am going to eat breakfast which is why I need to wake up earlier'.

3. Go to sleep happy. If you sleep while you're agitated/irritated/annoyed/angry/upset than you probably would have a hard time falling asleep, and an even harder time dreaming good dreams. So go to sleep happy, don't make enemies-go to sleep after you've gotten your worries sorted out.

4. Stay away from electronics 30 minutes prior to sleeping; there is a scientific reason behind this.

A/N: Hope that this was helpful; I actually am falling asleep while writing this but I promised you to have written each part every day so here you go :-)
