Giving up?

*A conversation to self*

consious- why are you always sad?

me- because life is not always a perfect place to be

-yeah, but you have talent, and perfect moments

-I know, it is just that sometimes I cannot handle life any longer.

-why?

-'cause school is tough, I am not making it to the honor rolls. Life is tough and unjust.

-school should be hard, so that you can learn more. You think that Einstein gave up on the first failure he received? Life is never fair- it does have its twists and turns- but if life was always fair do you not think that many would be bratz and mean since they are having their way?

-well... I dunno... probably.

-You are a smart kid, you just jump ahead too much in life.

-what do you mean?

-I mean that even though life has its twists and turns, and difficulties it does not mean that you should jist give up on life as a kid and act like a grown up. I mean that giving up would just put your thoughts astray and lure you into being a bad kid. You can make a difference in life, with your talents and abilities but that does not mean that you have to act like a grown up and forget about your teenage life. You should do more for yourself, that may be selfish but you do more chores than anyone in the house. And taking care of your siblings only makes you more upset at life, you should take care of yourself. Stop looking at who to act like or who to be or what to say, everyone has a unique personality and you should fimd your true self. It will make you love life, as much as you love helping others just take time away to yoirself and learn who you really are. Do things that you used to enjoy, smile like there is no tomorrow. Stop dreaming and start making your dreams reality cause you never know when the end of your life will come to be.
