Arthur Kirkland's POVI left them.
I'm on my own.
I have no one left.
My true love is dead.
But I can't stand here and pity myself.
I have to continue.
I must go on.
For him.
Time had passed. I didn't know where I was. All I remembered was that I had stormed out of Lukas' and Mathias' view, by myself.
Eventually, I had probably stopped thinking, and just started walking. That's how I knew that I had ended up somewhere completely new.
I opened a door, and I found myself in a small corridor. On the outside. I breathed in. Oxygen was nice.
Maybe I was free now. But something told me, "this is too easy. If someone could just walk into the woods, they would have escaped already."
There was a scream, followed by a falling figure. I was startled at first, but then the same event kept repeating, over, and over, and over.
It was an old man. It was fairly strange, and I wondered who he was. For a fact, I didn't know much about what was going on around here. Hell, I hadn't even had a legit encounter with a ghost. None of us had. Well, all besides..... Those who were less lucky.
Inside of the room, was a hall. It was very weird, for I didn't remember what happened from there on. I kept straying, but nothing too interesting. That, besides the head of a child's doll.
I picked up the object and studied it. I didn't make much of it, but took it with me anyway. I was, in a way, drawn to it.
More straying.
At this rate, I wasn't thinking. My legs just dragged me with them, forgetting that I carried the limb of my lover with me. I hated all this. I didn't know why I hadn't killed myself yet.
Somewhere along the way, I ended up in an extremely long corridor. I heard the voice of a woman, echoing through the walls.
"Sachi is my pride and joy."
"I would do anything for her."
"I would die for her."
"I would kill for her!"
I shuddered at the voice and clutched my bundle. Those words seemed to be coming from the room at the end of the hall. I was for sure not going in there. I decided to explore the other rooms in that hall, but one out of all, pulled me into it.
Something changed in me. I was unsure at first what it was. It was as if, a part of me that had died without me knowing, suddenly revived. I could feel it. My heart was on fire, but in a good way.
As I looked down, I saw the large pentagram drawn on the floor, with some candles lit by blue fire around it. I now knew what was happening. I had been waiting for this for almost ever.
"Am I.....? Is this..... Dark magic?" I wondered out loud. A smile cracked on my lips, and I allowed myself to giggle somewhat creepily.
"FUCK YES!" I yelled as I threw my fists in the air. My bundle dropped on the floor, which reminded me of what I had to do first.
