Red moons are something described as the color the moon turns during a lunar eclipse. For werewolves such as this group of men, it had them on edge. Jack, Mark, Felix, Cry, Ken, Bob, and Wade all lived in one cabin like location in their territory of the woods. Mark and Jack were the alphas of the pack with Cry being the beta to back them up. Bob was the elder of the pack- not by age but by the wisdom he carried and his ability to talk and calm down members of the pack. Felix, Ken, and Wade are the assassins of the pack; meaning that they are the look outs. Cry is the one in charge as he is protective over the pack just as much as the alphas are and has good hunting experience.
Mark stood at the window of the cabin with his arms crossed against his broad chest. His foot was tapping as he was in thought about when they should all go out and begin their hunting session for the night. Jack was sitting with Cry and the others along the couch and separate seats chatting amongst themselves. The air was filled with anxiousness and mixed energy. 'I feel there might be a problem tonight...' Mark thought to himself as he was partially listening to their conversations and concentrating on his own thoughts. Felix had started to mess around with Jack which irritated him, considering that's how he was during red moons- he was easily irritable. "Shut up, Felix." Jack hissed at him and furrowed his eyebrows. Felix punched his arm playfully and started to laugh. "Aw c'mon, Jack! Don't get all pissed over a joke." The Swedish man said. Bob looked over at Jack quietly to see what he would do. Jack pulled his arm away from Felix and growled lowly, his eyes changing their tint from the regular crystal blue to a dim red color. The Irishman stood and looked at him with a scowl of annoyance, grabbing the hem of his shirt and pulling him forward. "I said shut up! Ye don't know when to stop do ya!?" The angry but small man said with seriousness in his voice. Mark looked over and gave out a small sigh. "Let him go, Jack." Felix looked at Jack with a sly expression and small smirk on his face as Jack stared into his eyes and then let go of his shirt; going to stand next to Mark at the window.
"Crymony.." Cry said in that low but graceful voice of his. He handled red moons rather well with his calm physique as well as Bob. Cry looked over at Felix and shook his head, leaning close to him to whisper. "You know that Jack gets irritable during red moons. Why push him? You know better than that." He scolded the Swedish man, looking over at Jack and Mark who were speaking to each other at the window- most likely to discuss the plan for the night. Felix sucked his teeth and looked at Cry. "Man, what do you want me to do?" Felix replied in a sarcastic tone. Cry couldn't help but shake his head and sigh. Wade, Bob, and Ken were sitting across from them and conversing among themselves. Mark turned to the rest of the group and uncrossed his arms. Jack did as well. "Alright, tonight we'll hunt until the sun comes up. There's a probability that we will run into another pack of wolves or different species. Whatever the case may be- stay together with the pack and try to not start anything that can be avoided." After he said that, he ran his hand through the red streak in his hair and turned on his heels to the door and opened it.
The cool and crisp night temperature was refreshing to him and the rest of the group. Mark's eyes turned their red color as well as Jack's. Cry's eyes turned to a bright green while Felix's were gold, Ken's were purple, Bob's were gray, and Wade's were a minty color. They walked in a pyramid type of formation with Jack and Mark in the front leading, then Cry and Felix, and then Ken, Bob, and Wade following them. Jack looked around at the familiar forest surroundings and sniffed the air a few times to see if he could pick up any new or unfamiliar scents that were in the area. Mark looked straight forward with a determined look on his face. He was highly protective over his friends and pack and would do anything to keep them safe and healthy. The quest for now was for them to find food which would probably be some different animals such as  deer, coyotes, bears, elk, etc. hunting for a pack of seven was rather difficult at times but shouldn't be tonight if they don't run into any trouble that is...
