Beep.
Beep.
Beep.
The usually loud and ecstatic cabin was quiet, all except for the beeps that were heard in the infirmary room where a deep sleeping Cry was, along with Felix in the chair next to the bed and Google on his lap. They hadn't left his side ever since Bob and them got him settled into the room so he can start to heal up. Google had been very, very quiet since everything has happened; on the other hand he has a reason to. Ken and Wade were in their room, playing Uno against each other. Bob was at the table near the kitchen, writing down  something in pen within a binder he had full of papers on the people in the pack. It was organized so everyone had their own sections which was separated by color coded dividers. The elder was now writing in Google's section, documenting all that happened and how he reacted when witnessing someone he loved get hurt and what powers exactly exhaled from him.
Another person who had been surprisingly quiet was Mark. Every time he heard a beep from Cry's machine, he imagined a gunshot hitting one of his beloved pack members. He was sitting on the windowsill, head against the semi foggy glass as he watched snow fall onto the brownish grass outside of their cabin. Jack came out of their room and went to sit with him. "Hey Mark..." he said, smiling softly as the alpha looked at him when he sat down. "Hey.." he answered back in a quiet tone, his voice a low baritone. Jack leaned up a bit and kissed his forehead, nuzzling his face afterwards. "Are you alright? You've been quiet lately." Jack said, leaning on the taller male. Mark was quiet for a moment as he realized; no. He wasn't alright, he hasn't been for a little bit now. He teared up and bit his lip as he looked out of the window, avoiding Jack's gaze. Jack was immediately worried by this so he pulled the other male close to him, running his hand through his fluffy hair. "Yer worried about Cry, aren'tcha?" The smaller alpha deduced and confirmed after feeling small wet spots on his shoulder. Mark covered his face in Jack's hoodie and sniffled quietly. "It's gonna be alright, Mark. He's a tough guy, he'll pull through." He said reassuringly. Mark nodded and sighed quietly. "I just don't want anybody else getting hurt. I'm tired of seeing the people I love get hurt over and over again." Mark confessed, more tears rolling down his cheeks. Jack hummed quietly and nodded, leaning his forehead on Mark's, looking into his eyes. "We're gonna do all we can to protect our pack, yeah Mark? I love you so much.." he said and held him close, getting teary eyed himself. It's never easy to see someone you've known for so long and hold so dear to you get hurt, everyone deals with it differently.
Google was quietly sitting on Felix's lap, looking at Cry as he slept. Every now and then he would look at his monitor to see a steady heartbeat with every 'beep' heard after it. He leaned onto Felix's chest and frowned. Part of him didn't understand why this happened, or what was happening to Cry for the matter. "Why did Mr. Wilford hurt Cry?" Google asked to Felix, looking up at him. Felix looked down and frowned at the little boy. He wished he had an answer to tell him, but he really didn't know. "I don't know, Google.. maybe he was jealous. Or he just wanted to be mean.." He said and started to think out loud. Google teared up and hugged Felix. "Is Cry gonna wake up?" He asked, blue streaming down his cheeks as he looked over to the oak haired man in the bed. Cry's monitor started to beep a bit faster which caused Felix to look over as well and he smiled as he saw Cry starting to wake up. The tall man moved slightly in the bed and winced, his blue eyes blinking to get adjusted to being awake. He looked over at Felix and Google, who had climbed on the bed and wiped his little face. Cry smiled and ruffled his hair. "Hey there buddy...." Google smiled and laid next to him, Felix crying happily at how his boyfriend was now awake. He got up and kissed his forehead. "Hey babe, I'm glad you're awake." Cry chuckled softly and smiled at the both of them. "I am too~"
Bob read over his notes that were on Google's page so far.
'Google is a new member that came about rather abruptly. From what I've observed so far, he's half robot and half human. Or could I even call him human? Scratch that. He has robotic functions but is mixed with something else. Based on what I've seen so far, he is capable of high power. When Cry got shot, he went ballistic and killed Warfstache almost instantly after seeing Cry get shot. He's still young so it's hard to tell what he can do, but I do know that once someone says "okay, Google." His mood and demeanor will change completely as he gets aggressive. Almost like MadCry.'
Bob closed his binder and got up from the table, walking into the living room to see Mark and Jack cuddling each other at the window. He smiled to himself and sighed contently.
'That's my boys.'
