Now that everyone in the pack had settled down from the previous fight between Ken and Cry, they were back on the hunt for food. Jack, the second alpha next to Mark, was fumbling with his hands- something he did when he was hungry. Mark noticed this and looked over at him. "Jack? Are you alright?" The smooth male said, his red streak matching the color of the moon. "I'm fine, Mark. Just hungry, that's all." The irishman responded to the korean man. Mark ran his hand through his hair and shrugged, looking forward into the woods once again. "Alright, if you say so." Jack looked over at the taller man and squinted his eyes. He did that one because he forgot his glasses in the cabin and two, he was curious. "Do ya think I'm lyin' Mark?" He questioned, an edge added to the end of it. The other alpha looked at him and then rolled his eyes. "Why would I? I don't got a reason to think you're lying, Jack." Mark had a tone of annoyance in his voice, not wanting to deal with the moody Jacksepticeye. The rest of the pack watched the two hiss back and forth at each other with slight awkwardness.
As the night went on, food seemed to be scarce that night. Of course as job of the alphas, they had to make sure their pack ate before them to keep them well and healthy. The hunt was on for the two alphas to find food but patience for the both of them were running thin. Mark was highly angry that he hadn't been able to find anything as much as they've walked in the woods so far. "What a bag of asses." Mark cursed out loud. His stomach was rumbling and he was on the edge of punching down a tree. Jack looked over at Mark and rolled his eyes, shaking his head. "Cussing ain't gonna help ya, Mark." Jack said sarcastically and had his arms folded as he walked. "No shit, leprechaun." Jack stopped walking and looked at Mark, his eyes turning that bright red color. "Fuck you, Mark!" Mark stopped walking as his eyes turned red as well and he stood in front of Jack and looked down on him, growling between his clenched teeth. "Crymony..." Cry muttered and Wade looked over at the two. "Hey Mark, calm down buddy. Someone would get seriously hurt if you both fought." Wade had been friends with Mark since high school and knew him very well. He also knew that Mark's anger was very dangerous. Jack looked up at the taller alpha male and furrowed his eyebrows, pushing Mark back and out of his face. "Back up, Mark! Way too close!" The Irishman said. Mark stumbled back a few steps and looked up at Jack. He clenched his fists and bursted to him, throwing a punch at Jack across his face. He then grabbed his shirt and pulled him forward, a few centimeters away from his face. Growls came from the both of them as Mark's grasp tightened. Bob sped walked to the two alphas and pulled them apart. Mark looked furious, his fists clenched tightly with his back arched and ready for a fight. Jack had a bruise that had already started to form on his face from the powerful punch of the other alpha.
"Jeez guys, cmon! The two in charge fighting against each other is insane! One or both of you would get hurt if the fight continued to get more physical and you know it. Calm your nerves, the both of you." Bob said in that motherly way of his. Mark and Jack looked at each other and stayed quiet. Neither of them were the type to say sorry if they felt they didn't need to, so it was silent for the next moments. Sooner or later they both calmed down and took a breather, the pack splitting up to take some of the tension away. It was Mark, Wade, Bob while Jack had Cry, Felix, and Ken with him. The pack was divided for now but would soon meet up if they found something, or if worse came to worse, another fight would break out.
Mark and his crew were walking. The alpha was walking rather fast to blow off steam from the previous argument of him and Jack. Something about it made him feel wrong for yelling at him but he couldn't seem to pinpoint why. Sure, they've been friends for awhile but they always messed around like that. Maybe it was something more that Mark couldn't pinpoint. 'I'll have to apologize later...' The Korean man thought and scratched the back of his neck. His anger soon simmered down, as he began to get lost in his thoughts of Jack- and the bruise that was on the irishman's face from his fist of fury.
