Calum's POV I walked back to my house after I watched Sophia and my mom was already waiting for me when I came inside.
"We need to talk.", she said. "Mom I know, you're disappointed that I got in a fight that hurt someone that shouldn't have been in it. I don't really want to hear this right now." She looked at me with an angry yet understanding face. "You're grounded for 2 weeks. I know Luke is a bit of a jerk. Why are you still in that band with him anyways?" "Mom, we we got a record deal with Capital Records, we kinda have to deal with each other if we both want to be something." "Remember, you're leaving in November for America." "How could I forget?", I said a little bit too harsh. "Alright, enough with that mouth. Up to your room. You don't want to be grounded for another week." I sighed and went up to my room. I laid down on my bed and just thought. Why did I have to start liking Sophia? Why does Luke have to be such a jerk? I decided to text Ashton and tell him what happened.
Me: hey answer when u can *30 minutes later* Ashton: k wassup Me: i fucked up Ashton: what did u do Me: me and Luke got in a fight and now we're both suspended. Ashton: what happened? Me: he was being a jerk as usual Ashton: remind me why he's still in this band Me: idk. But the thing is when Sophia tried stopping us Luke punched her and that's why I punched him. Ashton: oh shit. U still like her? Me: a lot Ashton: Man U gotta tell her Me: i already did. She isn't ready to date me Ashton: ugh that bitch Me: hEY Ashton: sorry. I gotta go ttyl
I turned off my phone and sighed. Everything in my life is just ugh. Wow I sound like an emo 13 year old (also mE jk). But I'll be out of this hell and working on my music career.
