[ Chapter 2 - Pranking On Another Level ]
We landed in a light green apartment, a small but tasteful one, at the top level of the building.
I had bought the apartment, ordered the furniture and painted the house.
I spread my arms out. "What do you think?"
Draco turned around on the spot. "Not bad."
I glared at him half-heartedly. "You better take that back, or I'll show you not bad."
He raised his hands in the air. "Okay I take it back! Don't you dare make it worse."
I patted his head as I passed by him, despite the height difference. "Good boy."
"I'm not a dog." He rolled his eyes at me.
I smirked at him. "Are you sure?"
"Did you get this sarcasm from Potter?" He muttered, but I ignored.
"Come on, let's unpack." I said, and waving my hand and unshrinking my suitcase that I had brought in my pocket. "Do you want to do it yourself, or..?"
"Well, I suppose you can do it, since you bought the house."
"Okay, dear baby brother." I smirked at his look of outrage as I swished my wand, opening both suitcases and arranging the contents accordingly.
"I'm only seven minutes younger than you!"
I shrugged. "But you're still younger."
"I give up." He proclaimed to the air around us and dropped down on the green sofa I bought.
"Wow, you never used to give up this easily." I raised an eyebrow, and put the last of our stuff away. "I kind of like it."
"It won't last long, don't worry." He grumbled and I laughed as I passed him, ruffling his hair.
"Say, do you want to go for a walk? I've heard that there's a park nearby." I said, glancing out of the doors that led to the balcony. It was bright and sunny, the perfect weather.
He considered it for a moment and grabbed his coat.
"Alright then." I smiled brightly. "We'll go take a walk in, I believe it's called Central Park, and maybe grab some lunch while we're there. Is that okay?"
He nodded, mouth set in a small pout, and I sighed.
"Are you giving me silent treatment? Again?" I raised my eyebrow. "We haven't talked properly for like two or three years."
Guilt passed over his features briefly before returning back to a blank expression.
"If you don't stop, I'm going to take your wand away." I threatened, but he only clutched his wand to him.
"If you stop, you can use magic whenever you want." I bribed him.
Still no words.
"Fine. If you stop, I'll give you pizza." I said exasperated.
In a second he was already shaking my hand. "Deal accepted."

New York was fresh and new. It was also pretty hilarious to see Draco's reactions at the things Muggles have invented.
It was all like, "Ooh! What's this moving pictures thing?" "What's this called?" "What's a 'skyscraper'?"
As I said. Hilarious, but adorable all the same.
After we reached the park, we started playing truth or dare, to catch up on what happened in each other's lives that we didn't know about, and maybe make some new memories in our new home.
