For the first time in a while Natsu was able to breathe. The darkness no longer followed him because there was a sun right beside him. She had a beautiful smile. She lit up a room. He was no longer pray to the darkness. He could finally move on, leaving his fear and anxiety behind. He had finally won the battle..... Sadly nothing's ever that simple. 

"So............Um......... My house is on Eclipse St." 

"Okay....... I'm sorry. I don't know why I asked you that earlier............ I'm sorry." The sad look she gave Natsu hurt him. He frowned. 

"It's fine."" One foot in foot in front of the other. Keep on walking. You're almost there. Sleep, eat and breath. It's easy. Do it for her. Do it for them." 

"Natsu? Are you okay?" 

"Oh. Yeah. Sorry......... Just zoned out." 

".........You know if anything's wrong you can tell me." 

"Yeah........Heh." 

"What's so funny?!" 

"Sorry. Sorry. It's just I've only known you guys for a few days, besides Elsa, and it's like I've known you my whole life. Who knows...... Maybe I have." 

"................." He can't tell what she's thinking but she smiles. 

"Here we are." Natsu stops in front of a tan house. It looked so plain and simple. The opposite of what Lucy expected. 

"Bye........ Um....... Hey! Do you think you'll be at school tomorrow?" She's blushing. 

"Uh........ Yeah..... I'll be at school tomorrow." 

"Here." Lucy handed him a slip of paper. It had a phone number on it. 

".............Your number?" 

"Y-Yeah. I'll send you my schedule...... Maybe we'll have a few classes together." 

"You're not in any of my classes-" 

"How do you know? You're always so out of it. I might be in all of your classes." 

"............." He smiles. Just as Lucy was about to turn to leave a certain blue cat started rubbing itself against her legs. 

"Aww! It's a cat!" She picks it up and starts petting it. Natsu looks up from the slip of paper and sees Lucy holding the cat. 

"Happy?! How did you get out?!" 

"This is your cat?" 

"Yeah........." 

"His name is Happy? What a cute name-" The cat gives her a I-know-what-you're-up-to look. She looks annoyed. 

"Yeah..... My childhood friend and I named him." 

"Oh........... How sweet. Where is she? Does she go to our school?" He stops moving. His eyes tear up but he holds it back. 

"S-She's....... No longer with us." 

".......... I am so sorry." He needed to smile. For her. 

"It's fine." He turns around and smiles. She stares at him for a few seconds before smiling. 

"I met her at the orphanage I went to. I loved her so much....... She left the orphanage about a year after I got there. She, her brother, and sister had to stay at the orphanage until her older sister was old enough to take care of them." 

"....... What's her sister's name?" 

"Mirajane. She's sweet. Before her sisters death she was as cold as they came. I couldn't blame her though."
