Natsu's throat was burning. He struggled to find the right words. The secretary the looked at him like he was insane as he stuttered over and over again. 

"M-My name i-is..... Um..... My name is N-Natsu Dragneel..... I came for my room key..........." 

"The principal wants to speak with you." 

"O-Okay......" 

"His office is right there." 

"T-Thanks." 

Natsu walks over to the spruce door. His hand touches the cold metal. He opens the door and walks into the dark office. The door shuts behind him with a loud bang. He jumps. He was anxious to meet the principal. 

"H-Hello....... It's me.... Natsu Dragneel." He heard a small sigh come from the chair in front of him. The dark figure stood up and looked at him. Natsu was both happy and furious when he saw who was in front of him. 

"Zeref? You're the principal?....................................... Why?!" 

"What do you mean why?" 

"Why............... Why did you leave?!" 

".............................................. I can't answer that. I don't know the answer." The bitterness in his voice caught Natsu off guard. 

"............... I'm leaving." 

".................. No you're not." 

"What do you mean? The whole reason I'm here isn't because of my "talent" is it?!! You just wanted to screw with me!! I'm not staying in the school that my dead beat brother runs!" 

"Calm down." 

"NO! I don't know where your humanity went but it's obvious I'm not going to be thrilled to be in a school my brother who abandoned me owns!" 

"I told you TO CALM DOWN!" 

"I'LL CALM DOWN WHEN YOU GIVE ME A REASON TO BE CALM!!!" 

"You're so stubborn.............. Just like mom." 

"..................." Natsu felt a fire burning within him......... He hated Zeref with every fibber of his being. He had no right to talk about their parents so bluntly! It took everything Natsu had to keep him from beating the crap out of Zeref. 

"................ Classes start tomorrow. Your schedule is in your room. Your key is on my desk. Leave." 

"Like hell! I'm not staying here! Not with you!" 

"You're so childish! Can't you see?! This act will get you nowhere in the real world!" 

"Like you know what the real world is!" 

"I know a whole lot more than you!" 

"You don't know the real world until you experience the cruelest of cruel first hand!" 

"......................... Stop it." 

"STOP WHAT? I'm sorry! I so so sorry my brother doesn't know the truth!" 

".....Shut up." 

"YOU DON'T KNOW HOW IT FEELS!!!! STOP TRYING TO PLAY THE PITY CARD!!!" 

"Natsu..............." 

"Y-You don't get it........... You just don't get........It....... I don't even know what it is." A small laugh escaped Natsu's lips. Tears made their way down his face. 

"..................Natsu...." 

"Do you know how it feels?........... How the smallest things are unbearable. When you can't breath when you're around other people!"
