Already..
Broken and chipped,
Pieces don't fix,
Glue them together,
But it won't be a perfect fit.
Nothing has changed,
Since you played your cards.
No one has picked up,
The remaining glass shards.
Reminisce and remember,
The past doesn't change,
No going back,
It already rained.
Snow fell,
And the sun tried to make it melt.
I've tried to move on,
But I can't stop seeing myself where I knelt.
Keep your laugh,
And hold your smirk,
Watch questions come up,
And hear the shadows lurk.
You've already lost me.
Your words already stung.
You've proven your point.
Already and done.
