A month passed by, Elliot and Olivia continued to bury their feelings for one another through ignoring it. The baby was only getting bigger and bigger, making it even harder on Olivia's body but also on Elliot who did anything for her.
"I bet it's a boy." Owen jumped in excitement.
They were in the living room, all of them slouched on the couches or the floor.
"It's a girl." Noelle retorted. "I just know it."
Owen rolled his eyes. "I bet you 20 dollars it's a boy." He outstretched his arm so he could shake her hand.
Noelle looked at his hand and smiled. "Deal."
Olivia rolled her eyes as she watched them. "Would you stop calling my baby it." She was on the couch beside Elliot, her hand caressed her belly.
"Shouldn't you know what the gender is already?" Odette raised an eyebrow.
A smile spread onto Olivia's face.
Odette and Noelle's eyes grew large, knowing exactly why she was smiling. While the guys continued to stare at one another in confusion.
"I was going to ask once everyone was here but what do you think of name Celeste?" Olivia smiled, ready to cover her ears.
Suddenly Odette and Noelle jumped up, screaming loudly in excitement as they hugged each other.
Owen and Elliot remained sitting, confused expressions on their faces.
"What are you doing just sitting there?" Odette asked them, still jumping up and down.
"She's having a girl, idiots." Noelle finally explained to them. "Pay up, Owen." She opened her palm.
Elliot jumped up and grinned, he then bent down in front of Olivia and held her hands. "You're having a girl!?" His eyes were large with enthusiasm.
She grinned as she looked at him. "Yes."
"When did you find out?" He asked.
"Two days ago. I went to Doctor Garcia for another ultrasound."
Suddenly his eyes began to water, he was truly beaming with happiness. No faking it. He kissed her cheek then kissed her stomach. "Hey baby girl." He whispered closely as he sniffled.
Olivia was already crying just looking at Elliot, wishing that he really was the father.
"We're having a niece!" Odette shook Owen.
"Are you sure?" He asked Olivia.
Odette slapped the back of his head. "Just be happy."
He frowned, nursing the back of head but once he looked at Olivia a smile formed on his lips. He then joined Odette and Noelle who were still hopping happily, tears of joy were already running down their faces.
"Celeste, baby girl, I'm so excited to meet you." Elliot wiped a tear as he spoke to the baby inside of Olivia's stomach.
"Let me say hi." Odette bent down beside Elliot.
He stood up and let her Odette go next.
"What's all the yelling about?!" Claire entered the living room with a frantic look on her face.
"Mama Claire." Elliot started with a smile on his face. "I hope you're excited to have another granddaughter."
Claire screamed, she dropped all that she was holding and ran towards Olivia who was still sitting down. She bent down and with hesitance placed her hands onto Olivia's stomach. "What are you planning to name her?"
Olivia smiled. "Celeste Joy."
She stopped breathing once she realized the names she had chosen. "That's beautiful." She cried. "Your grandmothers would have loved it."
Olivia had named her baby after her grandmothers who she aspired to be like. They did everything with immense love which they tried to teach to their family.
"Can you call your father?" Claire instructed Odette.
She was already on the phone. "He said he'll be home in 20 minutes."
Claire nodded. "Oh dear, I'm so happy." She kissed Olivia's forehead. "You two have made me so happy." She looked over at Elliot and wiped a tear away.
Minutes passed once everyone finally settled down. It was just Elliot and Olivia in the living room, the rest of them went to the backyard to discuss a matter concerning Olivia but she didn't know that.
"Have you felt her kick yet?" Elliot asked as he rested his palms onto her stomach.
Olivia shook her head.
He began to move his hands around. "I wonder what it feels-" His eyes grew big.
So did Olivia's.
"Did you feel that?"
She nodded and placed her hands onto her stomach. "She kicked!"
Elliot beamed and moved closer to her stomach. "Hey baby girl, it's me." He started in a soft tone. "Your daddy."
Olivia quickly looked at him in shock that he had said that.
He froze. "I mean, your fake daddy."
"Don't tell her that." Olivia scolded.
"Nevermind, mommy wants me to tell you that I am your daddy." He kissed her stomach. "Trust me, baby girl. I wish I was."
There was another kick.
Olivia laughed lightly but stopped once she realized what he said. "What did you say?"
"What?"
"What?"
"Imagine how excited Riley is going to be." He changed the subject, knowing that she clearly heard what he had said.
Olivia was about to tease him but let it go. "She would probably cry like everyone else."
"Well she would do her happy dance."
She laughed just thinking about it.
They stopped talking, Elliot moved away from her stomach and looked at her.
"Thank you, Elliot." She mumbled as her eyes gazed into his, trying to convince herself that his eyes weren't that dreamy. "For doing this crazy plan with me."
He knew that was referring to their plan. "You know I would do anything for you." His eyes looked at her stomach. "Now you should know I would do anything for her too."
She smiled, her heart fluttering.
