"How did you know you were in love with Mr. Haynes?" A beautiful older lady asked as she held a glass of wine. Her name was Georgia and she was the wife of one of new business partners.

The ladies beside her eagerly nodded, awaiting an answer.

Olivia hesitated to answer, Elliot was conversing with another group of people. She looked over at him and bite down on her lip, thinking of anything that would please these ladies.

"First of all, you may all know he is extremely handsome and-"

"Who's extremely handsome?" She suddenly felt an arm wrap around her waist gently and she felt her heart flutter, knowing exactly who it was.

She looked up and smiled at Elliot who was looking down at her.

"Oh no one important." She giggled, nudging him lightly.

"Wonderful." The woman beside her gushed.

"And what do you do, Mr. Haynes?" Georgia asked, taking a sip of her drink.

He loosen his grip on Olivia and tried to hide the fact that it was his 5th time answering this question. "I'm studying to become a paediatric nurse."

Their eyes widen, they were looked impressed with the information.

Elliot tried his best to not roll his eyes.

"That would be perfect since you're going to be a future father." She smiled as the ladies beside her agreed.

"Have you ever considered taking over the Andrews business?" Another lady questioned.

It seemed like more and more people joined the conversation over the course of 5 minutes, the pressure intensified.

He hesitated to answer her question, it would never be his intention to take over the company. It wasn't something he wanted to do for the rest of his life, but he knew what they wanted to hear and he also knew he reputation that the Andrews family held. He just didn't want to lie.

"We haven't discussed that topic yet." Olivia quickly answered, knowing exactly what he was thinking.

"So who's this extremely handsome man you were talking about?" He wiggled his eyebrows as he looked down at Olivia.

She rolled her eyes.

They group of people chuckled lightly as they watched Elliot and Oliva, forgetting the last thing they talked about. "You two are such a delightful couple." One of them beamed.

They smiled.

"The story was that you are a bit of a trouble maker." One of the ladies added, her name was Matilda and couldn't be more classified as a snooty upper class woman.

Olivia raised her eyebrow.

"Oh honey, would you like to grab a drink with me?" Elliot pulled onto Olivia's waist, hoping that she would let the subject go.

She stayed put. "Where did you hear this?"

Matilda moved in closer, ready to gossip. "Anyone who's anyone talked about you, darling. They said that you were dating a gang member and that you aren't interested taking over your family business."

Olivia tried her best not to become angry at the information she just heard. It was all true besides the fact that Jack was a gang member, he was just careless person who fought with anyone he could.

"But now look at you, a dashing fiancé and a baby on the way." Matilda added, moving away. She had a grin on her wrinkly face.

Their eyes widen at the word fiancé.

"I'm not her fiancé." Elliot clarified awkwardly.

The ladies that stood in front of them suddenly had a face of disappointment, it was clear that they were now judging them.

"That's unfortunate." Georgia frowned, taking a long sip of her drink after.

Olivia had enough of this conversation as she plastered a fake apologetic smile on her face. "It was lovely conversing with you ladies but please excuse me as I go to the washroom." She told them in the polite tone she could manage. And with that she walked away as quickly as possibly, leaving Elliot.

Olivia didn't really go to the washroom, she just needed to go outside for fresh air. The party just suffocated her, it was like she was trapped. After a couple of minutes she entered into back into her home, she would have been on the search for Riley but she was home studying for a test she had tomorrow so she decided to look for Elliot.

He was conversing with a very pretty girl. Olivia raised an eyebrow as she watched them a while longer, she recognized her. Her mind rummaged through her memories for something that could answer her question to who the girl was, then she remembered she was one of the employees of the hotels.

Olivia observed Elliot, it was obvious that he was flustered talking to her. She could easily tell by how many times he ran his hand through his hair. Then she looked at the girl which she immediately regretted because she was beautiful. Her golden hair flowed over her shoulders in loose curls while her long eyelashes fluttered over her ocean blue eyes, she had a slim figure that made Olivia feel even more insecure. Her skin was flawless and glowed and so did her pearly white teeth as she smiled talking to Elliot with her plump, rose lips.

"Who's Elliot talking to?" Odette questioned, gesturing to the two across the room. She caught her sister staring at Elliot and decided to talk to her.

Olivia stopped staring and shrugged, adjusting her dress and hoping that her sister didn't catch her looking at Elliot and his new friend.

"She's gorgeous." Odette opined.

"She is." She replied quietly.

Her sister looked over at her sister and knew exactly what she was feeling. A smirk crept onto her face as she lightly nudged her. "You're jealous, aren't you?"

Olivia looked at her sister and vigorously shook her head. "Am not."

"Are to, dweeb. I know a face of jealousy when I see one." She pointed at her face with a knowingly look. "And that's a face of immense jealously."

She swatted he finger away and rolled her eyes, Olivia continued to repeat to herself in her mind that she wasn't jealous, hoping to convince herself.
