This is a High School AU btw.

I walked down the hallway with my books against my chest when I saw them.

Loosely tied ties, messy hair and extremely handsome faces. They were just perfect.

But they were mean, and cold towards anyone outside their group of friends.

You tried to walk faster so that they didn't see you, but luck wasn't on your side today.

"Well, well, well. What do we have here?" Wei said.
"It looks like she's scared" Jinwoo said, smirking.

"Why are you doing this?" You mumbled.
"You can't even speak loudly. You're just pathetic" Wooshin said staring at you.

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9...9?
'There's one missing' You thought.

"Guys, that's enough. We didn't come here to talk to her like this" Hwanhee said, standing between you and the other boys.

"We need to ask you something" Gyujin began.
"Okay, what is it?" You said in an annoyed tone.

"What do you think of Minsoo?"
Gyujin finished.

'Oh, so he was the one missing...'

"Why are you asking me this?" You said, flustered.

You didn't want to admit it, but you had a crush on Minsoo. He wasn't like his friends, he didn't bully you, he was actually really sweet towards you.

"Just answer" Bitto said.
"You like him, right?" Sunyoul said, teasing you.

"What if I do like him?" You said, in a confident tone.

They all chuckled.

"He only sees you as another girl, in fact, he only treats you nicely because he pities you" Wei said.

And with that, they left.

You wanted to cry, you felt weak.

You just walked into the library, with tears streaming down your face.

That's when he saw you.

What they said wasn't true, Minsoo did like you back, and he treated you nicely because that is the right thing to do.

"Chay? What's wrong?" He said, concerned.
"Nothing, I'm fine" You said, trying to walk away.
"You know you can tell me anything, right?" He reminded you.
"No, I can't" You said loudly.

He was taken aback from your sudden outburst.

You just couldn't bear it anymore, so you began to cry silently, while you sat on the floor.

He sat besides you.

"I gotta tell you something" He began
"I think I like you" He finished.

"Don't lie to me, I know you only see me as another girl" You said, sighing.

"So that's what they told you..." He said disappointed. That wasn't what he told his friends to tell you.

"Let me make things right"
