Casey's POV

I could sense the panic in my sister even though she refused to talk to me. She seemed frozen her eyes glued to the hallway where the Lilly and her mate walked off to. 'Sister, please tell me what's wrong. Tell me so I can help you.' I kept telling her through our mind link but she stayed quiet until finally a single, simple thought made its way through to me. 'He's the one.' She said the panic rising with every passing second.

Oh, no! I thought finally realizing why she was frozen and in so much panic. "Ow!" I heard one of the twins said as he moved and got shocked by static in the air. It was like creating lighting on a much smaller scale. I kneeled in front of her. I knew that even though my sister looked like the strong one she was in fact the weakest of the two. She was much more sensitive to everything even when she pretended to be a bitch.

"Ashley it'll be ok." It whispered to her so only she would hear me and she looked at me straight in the eyes. In them I saw just how afraid she really was. We had been through a lot Ashley and I which is why I knew how much having a mate scared the living daylights out of her. "Let's take a walk." I told her pulling her up and out of the room with multiple eyes on us but I didn't care.

We sat outside in the snow letting the coolness of it seep into our bones. "What am I going to do!" She whispered, her eyes closed and looking towards the sky. "Ashley you've gotta be strong. This place here is one of the better places we've been to but if you want to leave we will. You know that ill stick by you whatever you decide to do and I will never let someone hurt you again." I told her and saw as her tears ran down her cheeks.

"We have to stop running eventually and maybe this is our place." She told me. "You can feel it too can't you?" She asked me and I nodded. It was strange but for awhile we had started traveling in the same direction without noticing it. We tried heading in a different direction multiple times but each time we did we would somehow end up back on the same trail until finally we just decided to follow the trail and see where it ended.

When we got her and saw Lilly the feeling grew stronger instead of weakening. That's how I knew that we'd come to the right place. I didn't know why or how but it felt right to be here. We felt in sync with everyone here and what seemed weirder was that we felt like we belonged here, like this was our place. None of that mattered if my sister didn't feel comfortable. If she wanted to leave we would leave and there was no other way.

"We should stay." She said suddenly getting up and dusting herself off. She helped me up and I followed her example dusting myself off. "Ill...Ill deal with it but for now we have to be here. I can feel it and I won't risk belonging somewhere over a possible mate." She said suddenly angry and I followed her back inside to a delicious smelling room. The twins were practiclly drooling along with everyone else as the delicious smells wafted from the kitchen.

Tom's POV

I could feel myself drooling as the wonderful smells coming from the kitchen hit me. 'Oh god it smells delicious!' I could hear myself thinking and my brother laughed. 'Tommy chill, I'm pretty sure there's enough to go around. Didn't you see how much food she brought?' My brother told me through our mindlink and I nodded but still couldn't keep myself from drooling.

I loved my twin and he knew it. When we were younger he teased me but I could never catch him. Then when we grew up and I went through hell he was there for me but there where somethings that I didn't tell him for his own good. For example I didn't tell him why exactly I ran away and let him think it was just because of the bullying when it wasn't. It didn't matter now that we'd found our place next to Lilly. Gosh, I can't believe I just said that about a girl I don't know.

When the girls came back in they seemed tense and where covered in snow but nobody questioned them. I didn't know why they didn't question them as for me well it just wasn't my business so why get into it? "Everyone dinner is ready!" Lilly yelled and we all went into the kitchen rapidly except for Jay who stayed behind to wake up Marcus from his nap on the couch.
