Paige's POV:
I was walking down the bridge, holding onto Niall's hand tightly when what did I see but Tyler on the ground, his face covered in blood from Harry's fist. I ran up, furious with Harry. Actually I was pissed at every single one of them. They even had the audacity to lie to my fucking face and say Tyler started it. Bullshit. He wouldn't hurt anyone, an I didn't see a single scratch on any of them. Jack and Luke were both their too and they admitted that Harry had snapped for no apparent reason. So I rushed Tyler back home, Niall and the others trailing behind me. He was laying on the coach as I gently bandages his face. "Tyler oh my god. I'm so sorry.. I didn't think he would do something like that." I said, trying to lay ice around his brow.
He shook his head gently and shrugged. "People get money and they get a fat head. They think their better than everyone Paige. " he said, letting out a sigh and closing his eyes.
Soon enough he was asleep and I looked over to where Niall was joking around with Luke and jack. It seemed like they were having a good time, Nialls nose was crinkled like it does when he's happy. He probably felt me staring because he turned around and met my eye, grinning. "Well I know what's happening tonight. Have fun you too." Luke said, giving Niall a shove towards me.
"Use protection." Jack yelled cheekily as we made our way towards my part of the apartment.
Once we were safely inside with the door locked behind me I turned to find Niall looking around. "Wow. Gorgeous place." He commented, laying out in the hammock.
"Thanks," I said, laying next to him and gently rocking the hammock back and forth. "Niall look. I'm so so sorry. I don't know what I did to make everyone so upset but I really wish I hadn't. And I swear I love you Niall. Only you." I commented, laying my head onto his shoulder.
"I believe you Paige. And I love you too. Give them all some time and I'm sure they'll calm down." He said , stroking the back of my hair.
I sighed, closing my eyes tightly against the flood of memories. They hated me. Every single one of them. They said we were family. But guess what family slant leave each other over something as stupid as what they were complaining about. The way Harry had looked at me... It hurt worse than you could imagine. We had been friends. He was my cute little haz. Who wouldn't hurt a fly. But now he was a completely different person. Beating Tyler up and tubing everyone against me. Even Hadley wouldn't stick up for me. And that was probably the worst part of all of this. Even when carter does I had Hadley. Now I didn't. Whatever I had done wrong wasn't even the problem anymore. She was just.. Different. Everyone had turned against me and I didn't even know why I just wish I could change it all. The only one who believed me was Niall. Harry was right, I didn't deserve to be treated the way he treated me. I looked over at his sleeping face, small snorts coming from his mouth occasionally. I brushed a small piece of bleached hair from his forehead and his eyes opened slightly, the bright how startling against the white dark backdrop of my room. "Hey princess." He whispered, reached out and grabbing my hand.
"Hi Niall. I just... Why does Hadley hate me. What did I do to make them turn against me?" I asked with a sigh, laying my head onto Nialls chest.
"They don't like the fact that you left Paige. They feel like they wernt good enough so you found a new family. You wounded their pride." He explained, pulling me in tighter.
"I didn't mean to. I-I don't want them t o hate me. I miss going to Starbucks with Louis. I miss Hadley picking out my outfit. I just..." I trailed off, looking over at Niall who had fallen asleep again.
