The flight was surprisingly calming, quite therapeutic to be honest. And, now that my beast was calm I was ready to approach the situation delicately. Many thoughts crossed my mind and none of them were rational. One thing I hate is for someone to underestimate me. I never want anyone to fear me nor do I ever want anyone to know what move I'll make any given situation, but I just absolutely hate when people think I won't react. There are definitely consequences for every action.

I planned to be here for a week. Whoever would think I'd be here other than for the baby and Storm. What none of them knew with the exception of one was that I'd be investigating and trust me I would get answers. Just to think that I trusted any of these people was absurd. My instincts were normally up to par and in my line of work I can't afford to many mistakes. So kudos to the person who bamboozled me, conned me, fooled me.

As I take in the scenery I think about where will I be in five years. Alive and well with my little one. Oh how I can not wait to hold my first born in my arms. This baby is what's fueling my will to ensure that our future is secure and safe. If I have to eliminate ever threat alive I will do so. Family is everything, but trust and loyalty is has to be present. One can't exist without the other cause they are both earned and so monumental in every relationship. It's hard to obtain but it's all so easy to lose. When you think you know someone they'll always prove you wrong. They'll give you a facade and show you a world of imagery. Putting on fake facades like all was well, and the prince and the princess lived happily ever after. Well I was never one to be into fucking fairytales so I'll just be like the original versions and be grim. Forgive me father for my past, present, and future cause I'm about to be the reaper.

At last we make it to the cabin. I'm excited and extremely anxious. I step out of the vehicle and stretch. My phone rings and I look at the caller ID to see its my uncle. I invited him because he's much better at analyzing people than myself, along with the fact that I want to make it appear as if this is family time. He also said that he needed to talk to me so why not here in the mountains where there is unlimited privacy.

I approach the door and knock. Game time. Corbin opened the door. "Boss man welcome. Your right on time Anna Clara just finished dinner." He said smiling.

I have him a warm smile and step through the door. It's good to be here. How've you been my man."

"Good. How bout you."

"Same here, but I'm about to be even better." I said chuckling.

"She still doesn't know, so how do you want to do this."

I look Corbin in the eye and said, "I'll just walk right on in."

"Well that sounds good to me." Corbin said with a huge smile plastered on his face.

As I walked toward the dining area I heard sound of laughter and talking, something I hadn't heard in a long time. It was comforting that joy could be found in a time like this. When I got close enough to room I let Corbin enter first. No one paid any attention to the guy as he took his seat at the table. I watched for a moment as each of them passed food to one another. The topic of discussion was who made better music. Michael Jackson vs the Beetles. Now even that was a hard choice for me. They were both legends in their respected area of music. But Michael was the best entertainer ever, hands down. I watched them for a long while until Anna Clara noticed my presence and made a loud gasp.

"Oh my heavens, Arian you're here." She said as she stood walking towards me.

"Yes ma'am I am. How are you all."
