It's been two weeks and I still haven't found a job. At least not one that would interest me. Still, the itch to be able to make my own money was driving me crazy, and the wanting to be classified as independent was insane. I groaned out loud making Logan look worriedly at me. I gave him a half smile earning a squeeze to my hand and a dazzling smile from him.

We were currently walking around the park, it was a hot summer day and with a slight breeze my sundress flowed in the wind. Logan walked hand in mine with a camera wrapped around his neck, which I still didn't understand why? He suddenly stopped looking at me, "What are you staring at?" He said as we stood by the park fountain. My breath hitched in my throat, he had caught me staring. I didn't mean to stare fear boiled in my body. He chuckled lightly, "Come on you can tell me. I think your cute too." He smirked I blushed looking down at the ground.

"Uh, I was just wondering why you are carrying a camera around your neck." I said after shaking away the butterflies in my stomach. He gave me a light smile before holding the camera up.  "I'm a photographer."

I blinked remembering the girl Kimberly brought over and the talk of shooting. It made since, he was going to take her picture not literally shoot her. But for what? "I sense that you want to know more?" Logan said smiling me. I nodded curiosity taking over my body and moved closer to him wanting to be able to hear his every word.

He smiled at my interest, "I shoot for my sister's magazine. She happens to be a CEO of her own company. She calls herself a beauty expert and all she wants is the perfect image. So she hired me. But the late nights are extremely tiring."

My eyes widened his sister a  CEO? She's so young. I was about to ask a question but a mass of colors caught my attention. Shining bright as ever in the sun was a mass of balloons and in possession of them was a balloon man. He stopped by us giving me a small elderly smile. He gave me two  balloons tying them on my wrist before walking off.

I smiled and found myself walking on the fountains rim smiling in thought. Maybe there was good in the world. I just need to set it free. I kissed both of the balloons before letting them go. Each of them slowly rising in the air.

I stopped as a flash hit my eyes. I turned to see Logan who had a smirk on his face camera in hand.  My eyes widened realizing what he had just done.

"Why would you do that?" I quickly buried my face in my hands trying to hide this ghastly sight, peeking through my fingers. He let his smirk fall his face suddenly turning serious and made his way to me, pushing my hands down. He looked at me his sea blue eyes boring into my soul making my heart leap out. This scared me yet drew me in. An odd combination.

"The camera is to capture beauty and that's what I did."

"You captured the exact opposite of that." I muttered a weak smile on my face. His eyes grew wide showing he must have heard my little comment. He placed his heavy hands on my shoulder and put me in a sitting position while slowly sliding off my shoes and placing my feet in the water.

The water was warm, and it twinkled in the sunlight. It called me taking in my reflection making it shine with it. Almost making it beautiful.

Taking a step back Logan motioned me to stand. I glanced curiously at him yet did as he asked. Then the waters came. I looked up as the waters danced. Somewhere music played. Smooth up beat music.

I smiled the song becoming familiar. Soon, I found myself swaying like the world didn't matter. Just letting go.
--------
Logan's POV

I watched in amazement as her body moved. It was like she was in another world. She swayed like a tree's leaves caught in a gentle wind, and her hair flipped like waves. I stood there snapping pictures as her body became one with the fountain.

Others came watching her in awe as she did this dance. It was like it was telling her story.

You could see the pain and sadness yet there was light. The music slowly came to an end and she stopped too. She slowly opened her eyes before they became wide in shock. Her mouth struggled to form words.

I ran to her her eyes darting to each person, and I slid my hand into hers. She looked at me giving a small smile before hugging me tight. She let her head fall on my chest letting me feel the warmth of her cheek through my shirt. It made my whole body swarm with warmth if it were possible I'm sure I would have melted.
I felt my arms circle around her waist bringing her closer into me.  surprisingly she let me. She let me. She didn't tense, nor whimper the only thing she did was look into my eyes and place a soft kiss on my lips. I kissed her back.

The crowd erupted into claps and whistles making her turn a deep red getting an adorable aw out of them. "Come on. Let's get some lunch." I smiled as we walked away.
