Fallon's POV

I took a deep breath. I stood still in front of the building of Eastern Command, feeling my cloak drift slightly in the breeze. It was now past three in the afternoon. I had managed to pass the time by exploring the area near Eastern Command. I hadn't managed to get out of bed for a long time, but after a matter of hours the pain gradually faded and it had now passed.

I steeled myself once more and headed straight for the main entrance of the building. I stopped in front of the closed doors and looked up at the officer guarding the entrance. He looked down at me and smiled before crouching down to me. My eyebrow twitched. "Hello little girl, Is there something that I can do for you??" My eyebrow twitched again. "Yes actually, there is something you can do for me." I began

"First of all, you can stand up straight like a self-respecting officer." The man showed shock on his face but quickly stood up straight nonetheless. I continued, "I have a name. It is Fallon Greenwood. Yes, that Fallon Greenwood. I am in fact fourteen years of age and I am NOT a little girl." I huffed. "Now, would you mind letting me through? I have someone that I am meeting today and I do not intend to miss the oppourtunity." The officer fumbled slightly with opening the door, "Y-yes Miss Greenwood." He stuttered.

I let out a soft sigh when the door closed quietly behind me. I walked briskly to the front desk. I knocked loudly on the surface to get the woman's attention as, from the desk, I was only really visible from the shoulders up. The woman's head shot up before her gaze settled on me. "Yes? Is there anything that I can help you with?" She asked me politely. I nodded before replying, "Yes, in fact. If it's not too inconvenient, I would like to meet with Colonel Mustang, if that's alright. If he asks for my name, you can just tell him that it is the mechanic Fallon Greenwood."

She nodded sharply before standing and directing me to a waiting room, "If you would take a seat while you wait." She stated before swiftly walking away down the hall. I flopped down on one of the hard chairs, already rather fatigued from the day's events. I clasped the locket that hung around my neck. "I'm getting one step closer to meeting the Elric Brothers huh?" I whispered quietly. I slipped my locket back under my dress, hiding it from view. I removed my cloak and folded it on my lap, clasping my hands on top of it as I waited for the woman to return.

She returned several minutes later, a hint of shock showing on her face. "The Colonel said that he will see you now, if you would follow me." She announced curtly. I nodded silently and stood up to follow her. We walked down the hall into a large room with two large tables where several people were either working or loitering about. Looking to my right I saw Lt. Havoc leaning against one of the walls. He looked up and saw me, casting me a sheepish grin, in return I sent him a slight, nervous smile.

The woman led me to a door before leaving me. I took a deep breath and knocked on the door. After hearing the Colonel say a muffled 'Come in.' I glanced back at Lt. Havoc before entering the room and shutting the door behind me.

"Good afternoon Miss Greenwood." The Colonel greeted smoothly. "Hello Colonel Mustang, Lieutenant Hawkeye." I replied before sitting in a chair in front of the Colonel's desk. The Colonel rested his chin on his steepled fingers, his eyes meeting mine with a cool stare. "I assume you've come to collect on that favour I owe you," He remarked calmly. I nodded slowly, wondering whether this would be too much to ask.

He motioned for me to continue. "Well, I- I'm hoping that you'll be able to fulfill my request, but you see I-" The Colonel cut me off, raising his right hand before nodding to Lt. Hawkeye. She said a simple "Of course, Sir." Before heading towards the door. She opened the door in one swift movement and I jumped when I heard a loud thumping sound and a couple of pained groans come from the door way. I turned around to see Lt. Havoc and the other men from the large office room in a tangled heap on the floor. They all stood back up rather quickly, looking rather embarrassed, laughing nervously before Lt. Hawkeye escorted them out of the room, staying with them in the other room.
