Chapter Ten: Pain

*Ice's POV*

I as finally got everything done, the potion was completed and ran to (Y/N) with the potion. As I got back to the lake I saw her unchaining Fire as he smirked with pure black eyes. "(Y/N)! Don't do it, stop before he's free! He'll kill you!" I yelled to her. "(Y/N), don't listen to him, he wants me dead. If I stay chained, I'm done for and we won't be able to be together." Fire said as he smirked at Ice. She looked at me with sad eyes before undoing the last lock. "I'm sorry Ice." (Y/N) said as the chains fall off of Fires body. Fire stretches as he moves a bit before grabbing her neck and pulling her close to him. "You should've listened to Ice, foolish girl. Now I'm going to kill Ice and everyone around here, I'll save you for last to see what destruction you've caused on everyone." Fire said darkly with a wicked smirk before forcefully kissing (Y/N) and throwed her into the lake as he went after me. I glared at Fire as I dodged his fireball and tried to knock him to the ground. I hit Fire in the face as he pushed me back, he grew more angry as the forest around us caught on fire. I formed an ice shard and used it to hit Fire back only for it to melt away once it hit his body. He looked at the place where the shard melted and looked back at me with an evil smirk. "I see... even if you're older, I'm now stronger than you are." Fire laughed as he hit me back into a burning tree. I hiss as tthe flames burnt my skin as I dodged his punch. I formed a sword to attack him with, but to melted away as he laughed at my attempts to hurt him. He grabbed my neck, raising me from the ground as I began to choke out. I try to stop him, but my vision goes to blurr a as I see (Y/N) get out of the water slowly holding her neck. I look at the potion and throwed it to her as Fire was more focused on seeing me die. She looks at the potion and back at me in worry as I nod my head a little before kicking Fire in the gut, making him fall to the ground and letting me go. I rush backwards as he tried to grab me again. Fire growls as he grabs my ankles and pulls me back as I shield my face from his punches. When he stopped punching me, I grabbed his shoulders and pinned him to the ground as the fire around us started to burn more intense. "(Y/N)! I NEED THE POTION NOW!" I yelld as I try to keep Fire down, even though I was burning myself. (Y/N) came quickly as I force Fires mouth open and she pours the potion in. I quickly shut his mouth before he could spit it out, the flames start to die down as Fire swallowed the potion and went limp in my hold. I sigh in relief as I get off of Fire and lay beside of his unconscious body. (Y/N) checks my burns as I hiss at her touch. "I'll quickly get some water and some aloe." "Okay." I said as the pain got to me. The flames around us finally died as she returned with water and aloe. She poured water on my burns as I cry out in pain and used the aloe plants to stop the pain. "I'm sorry for letting him go... I thought that the curse was going away, I didn't know that he was lieing to me." "It's fine, if I was in your position, I'd probably do the same thing." "No, it is my fault, you could've died. If i had never unclaimed him, you wouldn't be hurt." She cried as I hug her even is it hurts. She continued to cry as I to calm her down by rubbing her back. She start to calm down as she sniffles a bit and looks at me. Her eyes puffy, face all red, and tear stained cheeks, I sigh as I wipe away her tears while she sniffles. 'No wonder Fire loves her... she's beautiful looking.' I thought as I pull her close. I close my eyes as she lays her head against my shoulder.
