Chapter 7

"Guys, we've got some news," Calum announced at breakfast.

"OK, well," Ashton began, "we've got extra money now so me and Calum have decided to move out. But the good thing is that it's next door!" he explained.

Michael and Luke congratulated them and I gave Calum a hug. Everyone was excited and I asked them the obvious question nobody had bothered to ask or answer.

"When are you moving out?" I asked loudly enough for everybody to hear me over all the noise.

"Err... tomorrow..." Calum.trailed off.

"Well you better start packing then! Come on, I'll help," I insisted, making sure that everything had a positive vibe to it.

It was 10am and Calum and Ashton had moved out yesterday. Me and Luke were alone in the house since Michael had went over to Charlotte's place to do God knows what.

Hey, do you wanna hang out today?

Sure!

Cool! Pick you up in an hour?

OK, better get ready then x

"Hey Luke?" I called out.

"Yeah?" he shouted back.

"I'm going out with Jess for a bit. She's picking me up in an hour," I inform him.

"OK, I need to go and rake care of some things anyway," he tells me.

"Ready?" Jess asks me as I get into her car.

"Yes let's go!" I reply as we burst out into laughter for no apparent reason and scream along to 'All The Small Things' by Blink 182.

We decided to go into Costa because Jess is obsessed with everything British. I have just ordered a Caffe Mocha for me and a Cappuccino for Jess. I paid for the drinks after insisting Jess that I do so and made my way over to the table Jess was sat at, obviously flicking Instagram and liking any pictures she thinks are worthy.

As I made my way over to the table, I suddenly saw something that I wished was just a nightmare. Luke was sucking off a girls face as his hands were wrapped around his torso. I was cautious in not to stare so I looked away until I felt something hot spill on my top. I looked up and saw a guy with chocolate brown eyes and hazelnut hair.

"I'm so sorry!" he frantically apologised, "I didn't mean for that to happen, I just - you stopped and I bumped into you and it spilt. I'm so clumsy sometimes,"

"It's fine, honestly it was just an accident," I said wiping off the hot substance that evidently split on me. This guy is kind hot.

"You're not from around here are you?" he questioned me.

"No I'm from England so I'm British. I'm here visiting my MOM [habit sorry] and my brother," I answered truthfully.

"Well hello and I'm Toby," he said holding out his hand.

"Victoria," I said and took his hand whilst analysing him carefully.

"Hey listen, do you want to maybe exchange numbers and go out sometime?" he questioned looking slightly uncertain to what my answer would be.

"Yeah sure," I smiled. All doubt turned into a grin on his face. We exchanged phones and tapped in our contact numbers.

"Nice, see you then," he said before walking out the door. I stood there thinking of what just happened until I felt a light tap on my shoulder. I turned around to face Luke.

"Don't do it Victoria, stay away from him. He's just trying to get to you because you're Michael's sister!" he said.

"Since when did you own me or tell me what to do?" I snapped back at him almost instantly regretting it. I let out a small sigh, "Luke look, you don't own me and I genuinely think he's a nice person and I he tries to do anything even remotely small I will break it off. Besides, I have Ben so why would I need him?" I attempted to reassure him.

"You don't know him like we do Victoria. Just don't get hurt because that will break Michael, OK?" he warned me, his hands up in surrender as he slowly edged away. I was left stood there in deep thought. After a minute or two I went back to Jess, still in shock at what had just happened.

"What the fuck is going on?" she asked.

"Too be honest Jess, I have no idea," I stated back.
