Chapter 6

A/N: Something happened and I lost a small chapter of the story so it's skipping a small part but it won't affect the rest of the story I promise! So here this chapter is! Thanks for reading! And sorry if my chapters are short, I try to update as often as I can!

It's been a few days since the whole karaoke competition but me and Niall seem to be doing pretty well. As friends of course. He's came over every day after school and I'm wondering if I'm his only friend.

"Hey Jo and Niall." Brenna says greeting us at the park. It's Friday so were just going to spend the night out.

"Hey Bren. I see everyone is here tonight." Even though Niall has met my closest friends there was still a few more.

"Yeah!" She drags me and Niall over to everyone else.

"Well Niall here's the rest of the gang. This is Luke, Cass, Ashton, Calum Macy and Michael."

"Cool." Niall says. He seemed shyer around my friends than he is with me, huh.

"So what are we going to watch?" I ask everyone.

"We were waiting for you to decide. We want to go to the Rees theater." The Rees theater was a theater that basically showed previous movies. Every week they would show a different movies which I thought was neat.

"Okay I know Valentines Day is playing and we have to watch that!" For gods sake, Taylor Swift was in it!

"Oh yeah I forgot about your crazy obsession." Ashton jokes and I punch him on the arm.

"It's not a obsession!" I whine.

"Oh yeah, I forgot. You are a stalker." Michael jokes and I punch him harder than I did Ashton. I wasn't a actual punch, just playing around.

"Shut up and lets go before we miss the next show!" Sydney gets up and runs to her car with Liam.

"Yeah, what Syd said!" Now were all running to our cars. The theater was across town so good thing were leaving now or we would never make it to the 9 o'clock show.

Nialls POV:

I was in Jo's green hummer once again and were driving to some theater. While we were at the park I noticed that some of Jo's friends are dating. Sydney and Liam must be dating, Selena and Louis must be together and the only other people who I think is together is Emily and Luke.

"Hey Jo?" I wanted to ask to be sure though.

"Yes Niall?"

"Some of your friends are together right?"

"Yeah. Emily and Luke, Selena and Louis, Syd and Liam, Macy and Calum and Cass and Ashton." We pulled up to a old building which must be the theater they were talking about because out side there was a poster out of 'Valentines Day' and 'The Lucky One'. We get out of the car together and we all go inside the old building. Inside the building it was much nicer and well kept rather than the outside. Guess they don't really care as long as there getting money.

"Niall, do you want to share popcorn with me?" Jo asks me. I wasn't all that hungry but I have a feeling the movie is going to be tacky.

"Sure." I smile at her. I feel like I have friends now being here with Jo and her friends. Jo orders us some food and a drink and we all go to screen one. We were the only ones here but that doesn't surprise me.

We sit in the last row filling up the entire row. From left to right we sat Cassidy, Ashton, Louis, Selena, Calum, Macy, Jo, myself, Michael, Liam, Syd, Emily then Luke.

When the movie begins I can tell its going to be one of those gross romantic ones that you know what is going to happen. The only reason the rest of the guys came is to hang with their girlfriends probably. Other than Michael he might be gay or something.

The movie to me is pretty boring, they kiss, they fight, then they kiss again and make up. Like every other romance film I've seen. Jo seems to love it and I liked watching her react to the movie even though she has obviously seen it a million times.

"Wasn't that just great!" Jo says excitedly walking to her car.

"Yeah, it was pretty good." I lie.

I hated it, too predictable.

"Dude, I saw you staring at Jo during that movie you like her don't you?" Calum pulls me to the side before asking me this.

"No. We're friends okay?" I saw calmly but truthfully. I don't like Jo were friends.

"Whatever dude. See ya later!" He runs off leaving me. I hurry up to catch up with Jo hoping she didn't hear what Calum said. Was it that obvious I was watching her watch the movie?

"Earth to Niall." Jo waves her hand in front of my face.

"Uh what?"

"What time do you need to get back to your house tonight? We were thinking of going to the roller rink."

"Roller rink?"

"Yea, like roller skating." We hop in her car. I didn't really know how to roller skate because I've never done it before.

"Sure." I don't have anything else to do and I sure as hell don't want to go back home, Harry might be causing trouble.
