I try opening my eyes but I can't pick up enough strength but I can hear voices to I stop trying to open my eyes and finally hearing what sounds like Ashley saying,

"Do you think she'll be okay? She was going pretty fast and so was that other driver."

Soon after I hear Andy saying,

"She needs to be okay ash, a life without her electric red hair, pale skin and personality is just not normal, not having those necessities around is to quiet."

Silence takes over and I feel a hand slip into mine so I try to grip the hand, I must've gripped it because I hear Andy gasp and say,

"Guys!!!! Guys!!!! She squeezed my hand!!!"


"are you imagining things Andy??"

"No Jinxx!!! She gripped my hand! Echo if you can hear me squeeze my hand again baby c'mon."

I squeeze his hand again trying to move my fingers wondering what I look like on the outside because my insides are crying out.

"C'mon baby try to open your eyes for me, c'mon you can do this!"

I muster up enough strength and open my eyes slowly being greeted by bright lights, white walls and Andy's tear stained face soon being replaced with a bright smile and a huge hug with a small squeal or scream of excitement, then feeling small warm tears glide down my shoulder with a small sniffle I hug Andy ringing my fingers into his now short hair.


"Echo!! You're all okay.."

"Course I am Andy, stop crying please.."

"I can't help it, you bring out all the emotions possible in me."

The hug stays as is, Andy occasionally sniffling and gripping my small frame tighter for a moment mumbling sweet nothing's until the thought comes to my mind.

"Andy?"

"Y-yeah?"
