Ara Spivot; she's no speedster but with the abilities to absorb the power of a speedster, or any other metahuman of the sort, she finds herself 30 years into the past. Back before she was born and back before her mother had become a CSI agent.

But the past was completely different from the stories that her mother had told –– the image of a hero that Patty Spivot had planted into her daughter's memory wasn't at all what she had expected.

The hero that Patty ––and Ara–– had learned to love... was a villain.

The Flash; a cold-blooded, unrepentant speedster that left destruction in it's wake. That was how Central City had envisioned their criminal who had allegedly been a young hero who had professed to save the city.
