Chapter 22- Confusion
Harry's POV.
"Hey everything okay in-" A voice started as Louis came into the room.
"Louis! You're okay!" I shouted. The girl ran out of the room, still crying. Why was she crying? I just didn't understand. What did I do wrong? Louis turned to look out the door, as if he wanted to go after her, but sighed and stayed with me.
"What did you do to Nelly?" He asked me.
"Who? Oh, you mean the girl that just ran out?" I asked back. His eyes grew wide and he turned again to the door. Moving more into the room, he took the spot where the girl Nelly had sat moments before.
"Please tell me this is a joke. You have to be kidding, right?" He asked. I never saw him this serious. I didn't know her, and i wasn't joking. Was she another fan? Was she a girl management forced onto me? I was about to voice my thoughts to Lou, but thought the better of it.
"No, I don't know her." I stated.
"Louis? Is everything okay? Why did Nelly just leave crying?" Gemma asked as she came into the room. The Doncaster boy sighed and turned to my sister. My mom came in the room as Gemma sat down across from me.
"He doesn't remember her." Lou whispered.
"How does he not remember her? They were best Friends for a long time." My mom asked.
"I don't know, he just doesn't." He answered.
"But they did everything together! How does he not remember her? How does he forget someone like her?" Gemma asked. "They were just so cute together back then."
"I'm still here, you know." I stated. The three heads turned toward me. Louis mumbled something, Gemma looked aghast, and mom looked at me with pity.
"What?" Did I just grow 3 heads or something? Was there something on my face.
"You could use some makeup." Gemma stated. I groaned and threw my head back against the pillow. Yelping in pain, my hand flinched ot the back of my head where I found a bump.
"What happened?" I asked.
"You got into an accident with an eighteen wheeler." Louis bluntly stated. I stared at him in shock. All I remembered was that I drove away from a party, feeling a bit lonely, texting Liam, and heading home. There was something else though, a line from a song or a poem kept repeating in my mind.
"Fourth of July, Watch the night sky, I'm wondering why the truth ain't so easy this time." I whispered. Louis looked at me in shock.
"What was that?" Mom asked. I repeated the line and Louis stuttered.
"Th-that song was a-at the party!" I nodded, remembering that I heard it there. It seemed a sad song, so I wonder why they did put it in the party. Weren't parties supposed to be fun? Gemma went outside and soon the other boys came here. They each hugged me and were glad to see that I was okay.
"See! She was right! Nelly knew he would be okay!" The Irish lad shouted. I stared, confusion settling in my mind again. Who was she? Why did she keep coming up in my life?
"He isn't perfectly alright..." Louis stated as the lads all gave me a look. "He doesn't remember Nel." His voice turned to a whisper at the last sentence. They nodded and went quiet all of a sudden.
"Do you remember the movie?" Liam asked. I nodded as I remember the movie. Well, most of it anyway, not all of it. There were some blank outs in the process. The doc let me out and we had to go to an interview straight after. Arriving at the location, I saw that the whole cast was there, even the girl Nelly.
If looks could kill, then Serena's look would put me six feet under. The rest of the cast gave me a pitying look. We were hustled onto the stage and the audience clapped.
"Here is the cast for Game Over!" The interviewer said as we walked onto the stage. The audience cheered and we waved. Sitting down on the couches, the interviewer turned toward us and smiled.
"Okay, so how was the process?" She asked. It was an older women, her hair was greying yet her blue eyes were showing a hint of sparkle.
"It was fun."
"New."
"Something different."
"Funny." Were some things that we replied or something along the lines of it. The interviewer nodded and looked down at her sheet.
"So what exactly is the movie about?"
"We can't exactly say! After all, the movie is going to have to come out first." Oliver stated.
"How about romance?"
"There is some romance in the movie." Hannah said, smirking at Nelly. The girl blushed and looked down at her feet. My eyes switched back to the front.
"Alright, boys, how is it like to be working actors instead of singer?"
"It's different. Each of them has their own character, and it's fun to see how they develop." Liam answered. The other lads nodded in agreement, and I couldn't help but feel confused. Why don't I remember anything? How come most of the movie process was gone?
"What about for you guys?" The interviewer asked, turning back to the actors.
"It's was a little hard, knowing of their tour schedule, and sometimes it's frustrating to know that they weren't there. We made it through though, and it was a lot of fun." Serena said.
"What was the funniest thing that happened on set?" At that moment, the cast started to laugh so hard. The five of us stared in confusion at the cast.
"There was a time when we would help the two girls out, and sometimes we would help without them wanting our help." Matt started.
"So, Serena and I came up with a plan while the boys were away." Nelly interrupted. "They completely thought that we were asking them for help. So, we led them to the pool and actually pushed them into the pool." The adults started to laugh again.
"Course, there were more funny things, but this one was one of the earlier ones that happened." Jason explained.
"Alright, last question, what was the best part?"
"The acting itself." Hannah smiled
"How close we came together." Kelly said.
"The funny times that happened." Jason stated.
"The different scenes and watching the characters grow." Oliver stated
"Just the whole process." Matt said
"Making new friends." Nelly laughed
"The funny times defiantly." Serena agreed
"The laughs." Liam agreed
"The extra activities we did to bond." Louis smiled
"The amount of food we could eat." Niall stated
"The new experiences." Zayn answered
"How we all got to know each other." I ended, knowing I would have enjoyed that the most.
