Breathe in, breathe out louis thats all you can do

Louis' mind is racing as he sits on his porch and waits for the mail to arrive

He's been outside all morning waiting for that one envelope to come in the mail. The envelope will tell him if he got on the football team or not, he's so anxious he can't keep still

"I brought some tea" his mother beams from behind him, Louis turns around with a small smile on his lips

"Thank you" he wets his lips and takes the mug out of his mothers hands, "nothin' yet huh" his mother pouts and louis nods

He sips the steaming beverage and it burns his throat as he drinks it down, "unfortunately I've been sitting here all morning, do you think its just late?" Louis asks nervously as he sets his mug down onto the wooden flooring of the porch under him and rubs his sweaty hands on his black jeans

Jay chuckles,"I just think you've been out here too long hun, don't worry it will be here soon-" she looks up and her son pipes up as he sees the mail car stop in front of their house

Louis hops up and rushes down the porch steps to the mailman to receive the mail, the man smiles at the excited boy and gives him the many envelopes and magazines

Louis rushes over to his mother and looks through the mail for what he has been waiting for for hours now, his eyes light up when he sees the white envelope with his name on the top right corner

Louis looks at his mother worriedly and his mother shoos him to open it which he does slowly

He has a smile as he reads every word but then his smile fades as he reads the last words

Louis looks up at his mother, tears brimming into his eyes

"I didn't get in"

Sweat rolls down Harrys temples and forehead the more and more he punches the punching bag, more thoughts corrupt his mind and each punch is harder from each thought

His eye burns still from the punch, fucking Ryan, Harry thinks, Ryan just had to get in his way, he and Harry weren't on the best terms either, the kid was much smaller than Harry, Harry was very surprised when he had punched him, but that didn't matter at the moment, he just kept going, each punch harder and harder

"Try not to break it would Ya? I would like to use the thing too" a feminine chuckle came behind him

Harry didn't turn around when the girl tried to talk to him, he just kept on going until five minutes later until he felt the need to stop

Once he turned around he saw a girl with dark brown hair that was pulled up into a high ponytail, and had a lot of tattoos which reminded him that he had work in twenty minutes

"Took you long enough" she rolled her eyes and smirked and held out her hand, "I'm Nikki"

"Harry" he said and moved passed her once he took off his knuckle guards and put them into his bag that he threw over his shoulder, and then she stopped him with a "hey wait!" And Harry just rolled his eyes. He was not in the mood for socialization

"You come here often? Haven't seen Ya around, I'm a trainer, I work here and I thought I could help Ya out, your aim was a bit off" she said crossing her arms

"No I don't, and thanks, not planning on working on it" he mumbled and turned around

"Keep it in thought? I'd like to help" she called back and Harry just mentally groaned "sure" he said over his shoulder and kept walking to the locker room.
