I finally understand.
I have learned to love.
No more hiding behind the facade I created.
I still struggle with self contentment, but I'm getting better.
I changed who I was to who I really am.
You think you know me oh so well, but you don't know the lies that I was keeping, or the depressing thoughts I had.
Now, here I am.
I'm happy.
I smile more.
Yes, I still have bad days & irritating thoughts, but those don't define me.
I've finally given up & I'm free.
I've surrendered.
No more dark days of uncertainty.
No more heart ache due to lies.
No more pain or guilt.
Only sweet, sweet love.
