Kimi's Pov
Erwin told everyone to come meet him because he is going to give us instructions for tomorrow's mission.
He told us that unlike previous surveys, this time the teams will spread out.
Erwin's pov
"The foremost objectives is to strengthen our scouting ability. We'll deploy solders at regular intervals at a distance that will ensure a clear view in all directions and we'll advance while maintaining the greatest scouting and communication range. The primary method of communication will be signal flares. A squad that spots a titan will first shoot up a red signal flare. Neighboring squads will then confirm the color of the smoke and shoot a red signal flares to relay this to the center as quickly as possible. When it's relayed to the center the command squad will change directions and fire a green signal flare to indicate the new directions for the entire formation. Finally the black signal flare is for emergencies."
Kimi Pov
Captain Flagon said that our squad lacks cohesion but that our team is blessed with talented people. After that we were told to get ready.
Third person Pov
Levi took Kimi's hand and took her to a room to tell her to be careful and that he might kill Erwin during the mission. Kimi wanted to come but Levi told her no. Kimi argued with him until he agreed to let her go and told her she was a pain in the ass.
Kimi's Pov
Levi took my hand and I immediately started feeling my face getting warm I was glad he wouldn't be able to see since we were in the dark. He told me that during the mission to be careful and that tomorrow he might kill Erwin. I asked him how are we going to leave the squad without being noticed. He said he will think about it and tell me tomorrow. After, I told him good night and left to go to sleep.
