Kimi's Pov
We were on our way back to the hideout to start packing. Tomorrow we will leave to the world above. To be honest I was going to miss this place. This is were I met Levi,Isabel,and Furlan.
Levi's Pov
I have to tell Kimi that I don't want her to leave my side tomorrow I don't trust that Erwin guy, I don't want her getting hurt either. The only reason I joined was to protect Kimi, Isabel and Furlan and also to kill that blond jackass. Furlan told me to keep my cool or they will suspect something is wrong.
The next day
Kimi's Pov
Last night was the first time in weeks Levi and I talked in our little cave.
Flashback
Levi's Pov
I saw Kimi looking up at the stars and I went to go sit next to her which surprised her. I told her it was pay back for doing it to me 12 years ago. I gave her a small smile and told her I didn't want her to leave my side tomorrow. She asked why but I didn't want to tell her my true feelings so I told her a lie. I saw a pain look in her eye for a second I thought it was nothing so I didn't ask what was wrong.
End of flashback
Kimi Pov
Levi told me the reason he didn't want me to leave his side was because...
"Kimi." I heard Levi call my name.
I didn't dare look him in the eyes not after he told me he thought of me as a sister and didn't want me to get hurt. I thought we had the same feelings for each other, but I guess I was wrong. He told me we were leaving.
After we got off the carriage we went to go put our things down. Isabel being herself said she wanted to sleep with the boys I told her why she couldn't sleep with them but she didn't care.
When we finished changing we introduced ourselves and we were put in Flagon squad. After that we went back to the cabins. We were told to keep things clean since we lived underground I didn't really care but Levi was pissed when he heard him say that. I found it funny and tried not to laugh.
Third person Pov
"I know you guys lived in a trash heap but try to keep this place clean."
"What!?" What did you just say?"
"Hey don't talk with that tone to your superior officer, you little punk!"

"Anyway don't worry, Mr. Squad leader sir we'll keep it clean. Levi didn't I tell you not to cause trouble."
"Didn't you hear how he talked about us? Like shit calling shit dirty."
"Give it a rest you guys." Kimi said annoyed.
"Stop bothering Levi,Furlan. Isabel said.
"Quite idiot's should be seen not heard." Furlan snapped.
" Hey who you callin' idiot!" Isabel snapped back.
"Fine what's 18 +22?" Furlan asked.
"Um ... take eight plus two carry the... ."
"It's forty idiot."
"Not you to Kimi."
"You're a pain in the ass, idiot."
"Levi you too...."
Kimi's Pov
"I'm going to the bathroom."I told them.
When I was done I heard Levi say "I am going to kill him"
Who is he going to kill.
"Oh and Furlan, Isabel don't tell Kimi about this. She might not like the idea of me killing someone."
What why wouldn't he want me to know about this, and why would Levi kill someone, the only reason he would, would be to protect us. When I came out from behind the door I acted as if I heard nothing Levi told us to clean if he didn't want to cause trouble.
