Third Person POV

"Dad, I'm not going to school!," Aiden yells out staying in his bedroom.

"Just leave the fucking house! If you don't want to be here leave! I could care less about you," Aiden's dad yells out from downstairs.

"Fine, I will go then!," Aiden grabs his backpack and stuffs some clothes in it. He runs to his fathers room and steals some of his money, and in a few seconds, he runs out of the apartment.

Aiden's POV

"You think I can't be on my own, well you're fucking wrong. I'll live on my own, find a place to stay, and find a job. I'm not a child, I'm 16," I talk to myself as I walk towards no where in particular.

I walk till I stop at the end of the road where a small ice cream shop stands.

Why not waste his money on ice cream.

As I enter the shop, I see the place filled with loud teenagers.

"Rosie, we just helped him up when he fell off his skateboard. All of a sudden you like him? True love doesn't exist Rose, get it in your head. We didn't even talk to him," I hear a girl say waiting in line in front of me.

"Whatever, why do you care? It's not like you like him do you, you don't want him to like me?," the other girl replies.

"Rose, why on earth do you think I like him. I just told you, we don't even talk to each other! How do you like someone you just met, it's bizarre. He could be a rapist or maybe he already has a girlfriend for all I know," both girls argue back and forth until they are in front of the line. Jesus, they're so annoying.

Sage's POV

"Crap, what do you want now Aiden," I pace around the sidewalk not knowing what to do. I can't just go after her alone, who knows what Aiden will do. I need someone to come with me. I dial up Connor's number and put my phone to my ear.

"Pick up, pick up."

"Hello?," I hear a voice say.

"Oh thank god you picked up-,"

"Sage? What do you want?"

"I was getting to that. Rosie is... in trouble. I know where she is but it's too dangerous for me to go on my own, can you come with me?," there was a bit of silence between us, I knew he was hesitating.

"Alright, fine, where are you?," he asks as I smile at his response.

***

"Ok so what happened to Rosie?"

"Before we get into that, are we good from what happened at the playground date? It seems like you're still awkward about it."

"Ya we're good, I'm not with Tyler anymore, I'm not with you. We're still friends, ok?," he quickly explains.

"Ok then. So someone I guess you would say kidnapped Rosie-"

"Kidnapped!?," Connor yells with shock in my face.

"Yes, but I know who and where she is, follow me."

***
We walk on the busiest streets of this town till we arrive at a dark alleyway. Where me and Aiden hooked up.

"So how do you know who took Rosie?," he asks as we slowly walk down the dark cement.

"I could tell from the persons voice, it was this guy who hooked up with me and I didn't like him and other romantic drama," I explain not trying to go too deep into it.

"Alright then-,"

"Shh!," I cover Connor's mouth to hear what was going on around me.

"She's coming, I know it!," I hear a faintly voice cry out. That's him. I run down and see Rosie tied up in a chair and Aiden with a mask on. Connor follows back behinds me and his mouth is opened wide.

"What the hell is going on here!? Was tying her up really necessary?," I run to Rosie and untie her from the chair.

"He's wild," Rosie shakes her legs getting the thin rope off her.

"Are you ok?," I ask Rosie.

"Ya, ya, ya, she's fine. I just needed you to come to me," Aiden cuts Rosie off before she could even let words out of her mouth.

"You could've just called me and said, hey I need to see you, come meet me?"

"No, because I know you wouldn't come. Your friends, go, leave," Aiden shoos them away waving his hands in the air. Connor and Rosie put there hands up in defense and slowly walk away out of the alley.

"So, what am I here for?," I shrug still not understanding my point in being here. Aiden quickly pins me against the dirty brick wall, I hear him breathing and his breath down my neck, he's too close.

"Sage, I still like you. Please come with me," he practically begs. I'm done with romance. I push him off of me and start to walk away not saying a word back to him.

"Get over it Aiden, it was a one night thing. Go find someone else."

***
Rosie's POV

"So, you came to rescue me," I laugh a fake laugh so things won't be too awkward.

"Ya, not really. Sage forced me to come with her, I didn't really know you were captured," he says. So much for not making this conversation awkward.

Ugh, Sage. I love her and all, but I like Connor and he fell for her. I like him since the first day he came into our school for god sake. He better not be with Sage or any other girl.

"Oh, Sage. Are you two- um- together?," I try to ask without making it too obvious I'm jealous.

"No, no, no. I am single. I use to date Sage, for like a week really, or less. Didn't um- work out," I hear him sigh and I knew that somewhere, Connor still liked Sage. But not for long.

***
Sage's POV

I swear, all the boys like me. I did like Connor but I never really liked him that much, I didn't really have a connection. Love is so complicated and confusing, well for me it is because I'm kind of different from other people. I have been liking someone for a while now but she's the straightest person I know. God why does Rosie have to be to hetero.
