Marshall's POV>

Both of them fangs out and Marshall baring claws. He was ready to attack but she was yet to notice him.

"What are you doing here?" He hissed.

Slightly fazed but her eyes never leaving Fiona.

"What are you not happy to see me, Marshall Lee?"

"Nothing ever good comes out of you being here, mother."

"You say my name as if it is a bad thing." She said to him with with a cilling tooth bearing grin.

"You only bring evil when you walk. I have never gotten good news from you." He hissed.

She was standing over Fiona with one of her long fingernails on her soft cheek.

"Lucky for you Marshall Lee. You have found yourself a human, were you planning on sharing with me? I am the Queen hofully not for lon-" Marshall cut her off.

"I will never rule for you. Never, I have seen what you have become since you started ruling. I never want to become that, I will never become that. There is nothing you can say to make me rule for you." He was standing in front of her looking into her eyes.

Marshall was much taller than his mother, at least five inches when his feet were planted on the floor.

"You don't look much like a prince any more. With your hair like that especially."

Marshall looked at his mother finally realizing that she really did look like the Queen of The Nightosphere. Her long dark black hair pulled off of her face and draped down her back. She was wearing a dress that looked as if spiders had sown black webs all over her body. The dress reached the floor and it hugged her body all the way down and had extra material the followed behind her as she walked. He hadn't realized it but he was getting self conscious he could tell she was judging him as well. But before he could say anything else she was gone but her voice was still there,

"You will rule for me Marshall Lee. Mark my words."

The words were chilling to the bone.
