Amy Hearst's POV =============== I threw the ropes tying Charlie to the chair on the ground and handed her a knife. I asked, "Are you ok?" She nodded. Dean stabbed shifter Dean and we continued through the warehouse. Sam pulled forward and lead everyone up the stairs leading to the rafters. Cas followed close behind me making sure he was right on my tail the entire time, I honestly found it kind of odd, but hey had got an angel protecting me. We got to the top of the stairs and were walking across the grates leading to a room when out of nowhere another Sam blocked the path. Sam held his ground and the shifter threw his head back laughing. Sam shot at the shifter but it was too fast. So Sam ran towards it with knife in hand and jabbed the knife into the shifter, a very efficient way to kill one actually. He turned and said, "Thanks for the help everyone." Dean replied, "Wimp." Sam glared at Dean as he passed him and broke down the door. We all followed in and saw that the room was empty. As Sam turned to look out the window, a loud crash came from the closet. Dean gave a signal to me to back him up. We approached the closet and Dean grabbed the handle of the closet. He ripped it open and saw three girls tied up and gagged. He put his gun away to untie them. Charlie came up behind him and helped him. The girls were dirty and had very torn up and dirty clothes. Dean, Charlie, and Cas helped them from the closet. Dean said, "We are so sorry this happened to you. I know you have been through a lot, but we need to do some tests to make sure you are not one of those monsters." The girls looked at one another and I stepped in. "We can do the tests somewhere else, lets get these girls somewhere safe enough for everyone to do the tests, it that ok with everyone?" Dean grunted in response. We escorted the girls back to the Impala. I announced, "Well since there will not be enough room in the car for all of us I will just walk back, the motel is just three streets over, thank goodness." Sam piped up, "Well you shouldn't walk alone after what happened to Charlie, I will walk with you too." Cas realized what was happening and chimed in, "I am going to walk too, will still be pretty crammed." Amy nodded and replied, "Ok, I'm glad I will not be walking alone then, sort of silence would be nice but having an angel and a hunter to protect me is pretty good." Sam smiled and we started heading down he road. ~ Sam's POV ============== I was not to say the least super happy Amy was fine with me walking with her.I was hopeful that maybe I could be able to ask her out, but of course Cas had to slip his way into the picture, someway somehow. But I doubt she likes me, she hasn't even noticed all of the flirting I have been throwing at her! But, I shouldn't be worried about Amy, I should be worried about where the rest of the shifter nest went, if there were anymore which was likely. But I couldn't stop looking at her gorgeous face in the light of the setting sun. We were now almost to the second street and I realized my time to make a move was slowly slipping out of my grasp. I was about to say something when Cas piped up and totally booted my hopes out the window. "So Amy, what is the hardest hunt you have ever been on?" Really Cas? That is the only thing you could think of to say? "Well Cas, I don't know. There has been a lot of hunts that have given me a challenge. There was this one down in Kentucky. I was hunting down a pack of vamps alone. I had a feeling the vamp I was chasing was going to lead me to a trap, but that didn't stop me from running right into the creepiest forest I had ever seen. After about a twenty minute chase, he disappeared. I took rest against a tree and from a distance saw a small cabin. I knew that that had to be there nest. I slowly walked towards it. I pulled out my machete and entered cautiously. From around the corner of the kitchen I could see puddles of blood everywhere in the living room. I turned to see the vamp I had been chasing in a pool of his own blood.I searched the whole place, but couldn't find a single thing. That wasn't even the worst part. I spent the whole rest of the month to track down the rest of the pack, every single one of them were killed the same way. I knew it couldn't have been local hunters since the vamps heads weren't detached. My conclusion was that some hunters from way out of town and were actually experienced were up to no good with vamptonite, as Dean called it." I looked at Amy with an impressed look. Dean and I could have done that on any given day but for her to do that alone was impressive. Cas nodded his head and said, "Just another sign pointing to you being an exceptional hunter and more of course." Well I'm glad Cas has an exceptional way of complimenting someone. ~ Cas's POV ============ Walking with Amy was a wonderful experience. I felt Sam silently mocking me, but I didn't care because I got to see Amy's beautiful face in the setting of the sun. I wondered if she had feelings for me back or if she had feeling for Sam, but not for me. That would of course upset me since I felt deeply connected to her. I wish Sam didn't have feeling for her since I really liked her, a lot. I guess to him, as he says, this means war. I don't understand that, but I am an Angel of the Lord, I don't understand most common expressions. I was glad I had asked Amy about her most challenging experience hunting since I think Sam was about to, as people say, make a move. I decided to "make a move" and ask her about hunting, I mean she is a hunter. We were back at the motel and Sam pulled me aside as Amy went in to see how Dean was testing the girls. He snapped at me, "Cas, I know you like Amy, but I like her too. We need to find a compromise. I guess we have to see who is better for her, me or you. So, may the best man win." And with that he walked into the motel room. I sighed and hurried in after him. ~ Well part four done! Hope you enjoy! We will update soon Thank you ~ mark_of_collins
