Back when I was young enough,
The wind had sworn to me,
That I shall meet a lovely boy,
From across the seventh sea,
His smile glowed like oriental pearl,
His eyes as deep as wells,
Like firestones from earth beneath,
The prophet to me tells,
And boy did it all happen,
Had shook my world in ease,
When fate had sprinkled magic,
My heart began to freeze,
He promised me forever,
Each summer he came by,
And what we had was special,
So I thought it's worth a try,
My frozen heart began to melt,
As I had start to fall,
But one day, what was left of us,
Were dust and none at all,
Three summers he never did come back,
And I've never felt so cold,
For together, with our summers spent,
Our young love had gone old,
More summers came and passed me by,
And I learned to live with the pain,
Like winter, summer, fall, and spring,
Like seasons, I did change,
And again the wind had told me,
That summer's on its way,
But what little I have known,
Some things are meant to stay,
I saw the firestones again,
The white pearls in his smile,
And he didn't just brought summer,
But all the seasons this time.
The inspiration of this poem is just right above. <3
