4 months later

"How long have you been blind?" Liam suddenly asks me. He had never really asked me anything like this before. I guess he just thought it was a painful topic for me and it is but it isn't.

"Since I was thirteen." I answer.

"Is it hard?" He asks next. "Not ever being able to see where your going or seeing the people you're meeting?"

"Well as far as going places, Shadow leads me and I usually have another person with me. Meeting people can be hard. For example I really want to see you, Liam but because I can't I just have to base what I know about you from the way you act and what other people tell me about you." I explain.

Ever since I meet the rest of the boys I have been spending a lot of time with Liam. I really like hanging out with him. He is sweet and likes me for me.

"Was it hard during school?" He inquires.

"Well I had to learn how to read brail but other then that no it wasn't very hard. It got me out of taking a lot of tests. Heck I even learned a whole new language." I laugh.

"Really? What did you learn?" He asks excitedly.

"Latīne Liamus." I smile.

"What?"

"I learned latin Liam." I giggle.

"Oh cool. So Liamus is my latin name?" He questions.

"Yep. And that's what I'm going to call you from now on." I say.

I just smile at him as he sits next to me on the couch.

"You know I'm really glad that Harry introduced you to us." He says suddenly.

"Yeah, I am too." I reply.

I feel him put his arm around my shoulders and hug me from the side.

I just smile wider and lean into him. His chest becoming a pillow for my head.

"W-would you like to go on a date with me?" He stutters as he hugs me tighter.

I grin.

"Ita Liamus." I say. "Translation: Yes, Laim."

"Thank you." He breaths.

As I lean against him, I can feel the warmth of the fireplace on my body along with the warmth of Liam being right next to me.

"I've wanted to ask you that question since I met you." He murmers.

"Yeah?" I ask.

"Yep, ever since that day that we bumped into each other when Harry brought you to meet us, I've just wanted to ask you on a date so you could be mine." He whispers.

"Thanks, but I don't get why. I don't even know what I look like." I sigh.

"Well, you have long dark brown, almost black hair and a beautiful slender body and....." He trails off.

I suddenly feel the sunglasses that I had been wearing slide slowly off my face. I blink a few times even though there is nothing to see.

"Your eyes." He mutters.

I feel his finger softly tracing one of the scars that runs from the corner of my right eye, acrosse the bridge of my nose and to the far corner of my left eye.

"Your eyes are a stormy gray. I don't understand. Your eyes are beautiful, why on Earth would you want to hide them?" He asks in a whisper.

"Because people made fun of my scars and the fact that I couldn't see." I answer.

I feel him nuzzel his head into the side of my neck.

"I don't care if you have scars, we all have scars weather they are visable or not." He says.

I just nod my head and and hug him tightly. I could get used to having him around me all the time.

I hear him begin to hum softly in my ear.

"You know you have a beautiful voice." I say as I listen to him sing.

"Thank you." He answers amd then continues to sing.

"I would love to be able to see you while you sing. I want to know how big a grin you get when you're doing something you love." I say smiling.

"It's not nearly as big as it gets when I'm with you." He whispers in my ear.

"You know music was one of the only things I had growing up. It was the thing that never went away and was always evolving, getting better and growing as I grew. There were always new singers and songs to be discovered and I loved that. Music is one thing that has never left me and has never judged me." I explain to him softly.

"Mhm." He mumbles into my neck.

I laugh softly. "You are such a teddy bear."

"You know you love it." He chuckles. "Where do you want to go on our first date?"

"Seeing as how I can't see, it doesn't really matter." I sigh.

"We could stay right here?" He offers. "We could even call this a date."

"You're right, we could." I say.

I reach out and hug him tightly. "For four months of knowing me, you know me so well."

"I try my best." He breaths still holding me tightly.
