Chapter 22

-Y/n pov-
I have to get out of this place there was just a murder on Hogwarts Loren thinks I'm crazy for wanting to leave & I say she's crazy for wanting to stay. Matt wants to leave to he doesn't like what's going on & neither do I. I've tried getting ahold of my grandmother but no mail ever came back Draco said not to worry but I keep getting this feeling that nothing right about this place. Draco & I went to hogsmeade for our date at three broomsticks
"I can't wait for the last tournament tomorrow" Draco said siting next to me
"Well I just can't wait for it to be over so we can go home" I said looking down
"I don't want to go home" he said looking at me
"Oh why not" I said looking at him
"Because then I won't get to see you everyday" he said holding my hand
"Draco if everyone saw what I saw no one would think that you are a bad person" I said begging to snog him which lasted around 10 minutes then we drank some butter beer. Once we got out the air didn't feel like spring air it was cold so Draco let me barrow his sweater & wrapped his arm around me
"So do you have any plans for the summer?" I asked him
"No just going visit you when I get the chance. & you?" he said
"Well I was thinking of going to the muggle world for a bi-" Draco cut me off before I can finish what I was saying
"Are you crazy why would you want to do a bloody stupid thing like that" he said holding us in place
"I don't know I guess I just want to see my old frie-" he cut me off again
"Friends?" He said disgusted
"Well they are fascinating creatures if you think about it. Also I did grow up with these people Draco" I said
"Fascinating? What's fascina-... You know what I'm not wasting my time with you to talk about filthy muggles" he said & walked away from me. As I walk by snaps closet of potions I ran into Harry
"Hello" he says
"Hi Harry" I say back
"Good luck in your tournament tomorrow" I say trying to make it less awkward
"Uh yeah thanks" he says about to leave when I come up with an idea
"Um hey Harry do you mind if I ask you something" I tell him
"Uh sure" he said looking back at me
"Do you think I don't know.... Um you know what nevermind it's a bit weird" I said to him looking down at my nails
"Are you sure?" He says
"Well uh I was just wondering um I need a place to stay for the summer in the muggle world I know my grandparents would be on board with it if I had somewhere to stay & I was just wondering if you uncle or aunt would mind if I stayed with you for a couple months" I said still looking at me nails
"Oh I don't think they'll let you I mean they barley want me there" he says trying to make a joke
"Um I thought your parents were muggles?" He say
"Do you think Draco would be dating me if my parents were muggles?.... nope both my parents are dead oh um funny story I was actually homeless when I was in the muggle world so, yeah I just want to go back for a bit but have a place to stay but that's not really going to happen I guess" I said thinking I said to much
"Oh wow I'm sorry I didn't know uh you know what I could ask Hermione if you coul-" I cut him off
"No it's... Um you know it's okay uh I haven't really spoken to her lately" I said
"I'm sure there's no harm in just asking her the worse she can say is no" he said
"I suppose your right, thank you Harry & I guess you want to go to bed since you have a big day tomorrow so goodnight" I said smiling at him & walking away
"No worries & goodnight" he says going the other way. The next day Draco was mad because someone saw me talking to Harry last night so now I'm just with the twins & Neville when Hermione walked in I stood up because I had a feeling it had to do what me & Harry were talking about last nigh
"May we speak for a bit" she said standing in front of me
"Uh yes we may" I said as we walk away a little from the boys
"So uh has Harry spoken to you" I said
"Yes I just had no idea you grow up in the muggle world" she said
"That's a long story I said
"I'd love to hear it" she says writing an address & leaves wow that went better than I expected until I feel someone grab my arm I turn & see it was Draco
"What were you doing talking to that mud-" he was cut of by Professor McGonagall
"Excuses me I hate to interrupt but I need to take Mrs.Y/l/n away for a moment" she said I look at her confused
"Why" Draco said grabbing my hand
"It has come to our attention her grandmother is ill & she want to see her granddaughter" she said staring at me. I can feel my face go from confused to sad
"Ill what do you mean" I said
"I don't know the details I was just told to get your ready to leave" she said
"Leave? What do you mean leave?" Draco said
"It's okay Draco everything will be okay" I said hugging him he hugged me so tight it was like we were never going to see each other again
"I'll try & go see you when I can" he said
"Okay" I said giving him another hug befor leaving with Professor McGonagall
