Chapter 38

-Y/n pov-
Days turned into weeks, weeks turned into a month after the first month was gone the other one came fast. It was hard learning all new spells in such a short amount of time but it was even harder to not think about Draco. One day Bellatix came into my room
"Y/n darling I'm afraid I'm a little busy at the moment so someone else will be teaching you today" she said before grabbing a book off the shelf & leaving, I sat in my room for a while until someone came in my room sadly I wasn't to pleased to see who it was
"Hello Y/n" my dad said with a faint smile
"Hi" I said standing up
"So Bella tells me your on the Confingo spell" he said
"Uh yeah" I said looking down
"Okay well then shall we" he said pointing to the door. We did most of my training in the great hall
"Okay so once your preforming the spell you have to remember it's not all about just you blasting your enemy back but at the same time your blocking what ever they're throwing at you.....okay" he said begging to walking far away
"Ready?!" He said
"Yeah" I said as I see a spell coming towards me causing me to slam against the wall & onto the floor
"Oh my are you alright" my dad comes down & joins me on the floor trying to attend me
"Yeah I'm fine" I said smiling & standing up
"Just to let you know your where never alon-"
"Confingo!" I said hitting him with the spell he was about to talk about the past & I didn't want to hear it I had no other choice but to do it
"Lunch?" Mrs. Malfoy asked me as I walked in the dinning area
"Yes that would be lovely" I said walking over when my heart started beating fast, my facial expression changed & everything went so fast the only thing I knew that happen was pain & a lot of it. The next day I woke, negini was laying next to me in my bed I almost got up off until I saw who was on the other side
"My lord?" I said bowing my head
"Love such an odd thing don't you think.... how two heart connect into one.. it only happens to some of the rarest people isn't it funny how someone like you that didn't grow up with love gets to experience it only to let it almost kill you" he said sitting down with a smile on his face
"Hysterical" I say
"What happened" I said again
"Sources tell us Draco was in some type of accident" he says
"Accident? What kind of accident?" I said
"Obviously a big one" he said looking at me
"Obvious? What do you mean" I said
"Do you ever how you were chosen to care my mark" he said I always wondered I thought some how Barty Crouch did it or it was my parents
"You are both connected just like you parents are it's a one heart type of situation" he said
"That's not posible" I said
"Ahhh but it is" he said smiling
"I must go but it's nice to see you alive come negini we must go" was the last thing he said before leaving.

"It's time! It's time!" Bellatix said while dancing around the Malfoy manor
"Come on we don't want to be late you probably would have missed it if you kept sleeping" she said with the biggest smile
"Missed what? Is Draco okay?"
"He's fine don't you worry now come on get dressed we must go, it's ready" I quickly got dressed in the bathroom I didn't really know what to wear for this kinda thing. As soon as I stepped out Bellatix was waiting just out side the door she grabbed me & Apparate both of us to Borgin & Burkes. We waited for some other death eaters to show, once they all showed we made our way to the back room
"Excited to see Draco?!" She asked me with a smile
"Uh yeah I just wished I had more of a notice" I said looking down. I was excited but at the same time scared I don't know if it was the fear Draco was feeling or my fear now that everything was explained my thoughts and emotions made sense
"Come on you first darling I promised Draco you'd go first" Bellatix said with a smile showing all here rotten teeth.
-Draco's pov-
opening it was the biggest relief of all I saw her for the first time in months she ran straight into my arms
"Come along now children there will be time for that later" Bellatix said we started walking & that's when my mind drifted to what I must do to keep me living & Y/n too
"Draco let the girl go" my aunt said
"I have to get my stuff" Y/n said looking at me then at our hands
"Don't worry I'll come back" Y/n said, I felt like there was more to this but even here she had a smile & I know it was for me so if she could smile through all this I can let her go
-Y/n pov-
I looked & looked for someone but everything was empty I looked for my friends at the library but it was closed I started head back to where Draco & everyone would be but once I got up I saw Harry looking up at Draco & Dumbledore
"Harry?" I said in a really low voice
"Y/n?" Harry said looking confused
"I don't have much time please tell everyone I'm fine..... please" I said turning & walking away
"I'm so sorry if I've disappointed you" I said with tears in my eyes & kept walking once I got up the stairs it was just us three
"Ahh Y/n didn't expect see you so early you know the hat was right but I didn't expect it be Draco" Dumbledore said
"What?" I said
"You recall the sorting hat saying history will repeat it self hopefully you make the right choice unlike your parents but choosing one will coast you the other" Dumbledore said one last time before everyone came up the stairs everyone started screaming at Draco everyone knew he wasn't going to kill him that's when Snape came out of no where & uttered the spell I grabbed Draco but he wouldn't move then Snape helped a little by pushing Draco a little we all walked down the stairs with Snape in front of us Dracos face stayed shocked & when we walked through the dinning hall he stood still for a while until I got in front of him grabbed in by his face
"Love this isn't the time I promise you you'll be okay we have to go" I said looking into his grey eyes as a tear rolled down & began walking him to the others around to the point we were down by Hagrids hut he came back from the shock all I remember is him grabbing me by my waist once the hut caught fire & that's where I blacked out. I didn't expect Bellatix to do such a thing what if Hagrid was in there all his creatures he loves were they there too & all I did was stand by.
