Chapter 24

-Hermione parents pov-
"What do we do should we trust this girl" Hermione mom says
"She has a Hogwarts suit case with her" Hermione dad said
"I know but shouldn't that mean Hermione should be back too" h/m said we were walking back to talk to Y/n another knock came at the door when we opened the two men were at the door
"Hello we're from the ministry of magic we're looking for a young lady umm... Y/n Y/l/n is she here?" We look back at the girl in the coach
"Yes she is do you mind telling us what this is about?" H/d said the men both look at each other
"Can we come in its a vary serious conversation" one man said they come in introduced them self to Y/n & asked her if they can talk to us alone so we sent her to a guest room.
"Tea?" H/m ask
"Yes if it's no bother" one man says while the other nodes their head
"So let's get right to it we need to get Y/n to a safe house" one man says
"Why?" H/d says
"There has been an attack on both of her family's" one man says while grabbing his tea
"Oh my" h/m says
"Yes we believe who ever attached them was on the look for her-" one of the men where cut off
"Them?" H/d say looking confused
"Yes her mothers family the Makö every single one murder her grandmother & grandfather aunt, uncles even her cousin closet to her age, then the attackers seem to move to her father side & murder her grandparents we believe they were after her"the man said looking down in sadness
"All the house elfs from both manors are still alive & have vary, vary strange stories from what they saw & we can't really release that information to just anyone" the man said putting his cup down
"Vary well are you sure this girl will be safe in your hands" h/m says
"Yes she will be" one of the men say looking down at papers. We went to go get Y/n from the guest room she was in a chair looking at a picture she stood up as soon as she saw us there
"Will I have to go with them?" She said
"Yes" h/d said we walked he down stairs
"It was a real pleasure meeting you two" she said walking out with a smile on her face.
~at the safe house
-Y/n pov-
"Will you like to talk now or call it a night" one of the ministry men said I had no idea what was going on everything was going on to fast
"Well what would we have to talk about?"I said look around the house
"Um a serious matter Ms. Y/l/n" one of them said
"Oh really?" I said finally looking at them
"Is it about my grandfather?" I asked them as they both shook their heads I took a seat in front of them
"All right then tell me is he alright why did he have me leave the manor so quick?" I said looking at them
"Well um.... First things first it started with your mother side of the family-" I cut the man off
"Did I ask about them NO!.... How is my grandfather & my grandmother" I said looking rather mad I mean I was, they mentioned the Makös the family that didn't want me.
"Look well get to that la-" one who again I cut them off
"We're getting to it now" I said sitting up
"We're sorry to tell you this but.... But they were murdered just a while ago" my head & my heart started to fill with sadness
"No... No.... That can be I mean.. Who?! Why? " I said with with tears in my eyes afraid to let them go
"We don't know we only have this crazy story that the house elfs made up" they said looking down on a piece
"What story?" I said trying to keep myself together
"They claim to um.. seen that your parents have killed all of them" they said looking at me
"All of them? My parents?" I said drying up my tears before they fall on to me cheeks
"Yes the whole Makö family has also been murdered & yes your parents" the man said
"But my parents are dead how can they have possibly have done this & what do you mean the whole family?" I said I just wanted to run at this point nothing made sense at all the only thing that did was that I was alone again
"Um we have a little bit of a confession during the first wizard war a lot of death eaters got away to much to actually tell the people so we faked a lot of there deaths two of those deaths were your parents so indeed your parents could have done this & yes the whole Makö family line down to your cousin your age and younger " one of the man said looking nervous
"You faked people's deaths? & Kasy?" I said looking down she was my first friends at Hogwarts & now she's gone & my parents could be alive once they were about to speak again An owl flew in it was rather late for mail I though it was for one of the men
"We must be going on our way an emergency has come up one of the elfs will show you were to sleep we really must go" they said while grabbing everything & vanishing. I felt nothing but pain
