An old man with a blue cloak greeted me, ushering me in the building. He explained to me how it was a sanctuary for all Wyvians and how people who bonded with powerful creature such as Phoenixes or Wyverns were brought here to be inspected but I was too enchanted by the whole place. Although the old man didn't tell me what it was, I already knew its title. LightHaven...

I actually knew this because my father had read to me all about it from his Book of Legends. It was believed that heroes were trained and brought up here. The heroes either came individually(to train) or with a creature (to bond with properly). I never knew it was true until now. Now that I think of it, I don't think I can believe in anything ever again with Chiller and everything else.

Gnaaaak!Grriiiiik Graak!

No I don't want you to not be real either Chiller. I'd rather have to fight a million Orcs than have to lose you.

Graaaaaak...

Wait a second, did he just say Phoenixes? Were there more? Before I could ask him, he led me to a humongous room with a bunch of people and animals eating and chattering about. When I came in, everybody stopped and cleared a path for me and the old dude. He kept saying "You should be honored." whatever that meant . Suddenly, a loud voice rang throughout the hall.

"What have you brought me old Felix. I hope you haven't just brought me another one of those artifacts that your serpent has found. You know I'm too busy to care about those stuff. You know how much evil Comdor has spread throughout the whole world." The voice thundered.

I immediately saw a man on a huge throne which was draped with gold silks. He was about in the middle of his 40's with a magnificent chestnut brown goatee. He wore a long robe and looked as if he could paralyze someone with his eyes, shaggy eyebrows or not. It seemed as he was deeply respected in their community for everyone was silent and I could see awe and respect in the audience's eyes.

"No Gladius although Scales and I have discovered another shipwreck. I found this boy outside our gates with a Wyvern. But the Wyvern's not any ordinary one, it looks like one of the five Fallen Elementals, just reborn." he answered with his crispy old voice which was actually really comforting.

A ripple of excitement spread throughout the hall quickly, making people start to stare at me. I felt really uncomfortable about it. I knew I was in the center of attention and probably in the center of people who wanted to inspect me or something. Just my luck. Not saying it was that bad but it kind of became worse. You wanna know why? He called me up front...

"It seems as if you're right Felix," the man announced, gesturing to a snowflake pattern on my Wyvern's side," He has the mark of the ice elemental! It's a miracle! Now we finally have something to fight back with. Now we have a chance to defeat Comdor and his fire elemental! What's your name boy?"

"Bobby sir, Bobby Smith." I answered timidly

"May the gods protect him! Everyone, meet our new recruit, BOBBY SMITH!!!" he yelled out happily,"Rejoice my fellow subjects! Rejoice!"

The audience broke into an explosion of cheers and applause. I felt so happy. I felt so excited. I felt so... clueless? I just realized that I had no idea what's going on and I was cheering like mad. Yup. I'm a genius. With those thought in about 3 seconds, I proceeded to questioning 'Gladius'.

"Excuse me Mr Gladius, but can you tell me what's going on here? I understand about how the Elementals were legendary creatures who protected the world but can you tell me more?" I questioned,"Like who's this Comdor guy?"

"Ahhhhhh."he replied walking towards one of the corridors,"Confused you may be but everything shall be explained Bobby. Come. Follow me."

He led me to a room with an altar to the gods and many cushions to kneel on for praying. The place was made out of jade and had all kinds of offerings to the gods, food, gold, artifacts, diamonds. It seemed as if these people had no trouble with funds. He led me to a cushion and sat on one opposite mine and as I sat down, he took a deep breath and started to begin his speech.

"You might be wondering why I brought you here."he began,"This is a meditation room where we find our answers to our questions. The gods communicate with us through this room, I have sat here many times on lonely days like this and asked questions to the gods. The secret is to close your eyes, clear your mind and to relax..." He closed his eyes and sat there. It was awkward just sitting there, watching him meditate when suddenly he said calmly, "Follow my example and your questions shall be answered."

This was super weird but I tried it anyway because I had often blanked my mind when I was younger, just to relax so I just had to do the exact same thing. Just in a room made of jade for the gods with some dude in front of me and my Wyvern breathing next to me. No difference right? I cleared my mind (easily) and took a deep breath and I slowly closed my eyes. Next thing I knew, images swarmed into my head, filling my mind with the information I needed. Then it ended. Abruptly. For the next few brief seconds, my mind became clear and I understood everything. Then I opened my eyes...
