~Derek POV ~

As I got up in the morning and got ready for school. I couldn't help but to think about what Paige told me last night as I took her home it been bugging me every since then. She told me that she older heard peter and Amelia talking about her last night and how she wasn't good enough for me. That they will try to keep us separated. So I decide to confront her about it a school. I put on my shoes and headed down stairs with my back pack, when I saw Peter at the kitchen table. I sat down to eat breakfast and I decided to ask Peter. Hey , were you and Mel was talking about how Paige isn't good enough for me last night ? I asked him. What ? No why would we ? Despite that being true, Said Peter. Then what was you guys talking about ? I asked. We were talking about you if you must know as he got up and walked out the door.

Peter walked to the car and got in as I got in behind him. As we drove off to school the whole car ride was silent. We arrived to school I got out and walked into the school.

~Amelia POV ~

I was at my locker, putting up my back pack. I only grab my note book , book and pencil when I saw Derek walking towards my way. Hey !! Der -- as I was cut off by him did you talked about Paige yesterday at the party with Peter ? He asked me. No why would I ? I asked . I am not sure if I believe you or not he said as my heart dropped to the pit of my stomach. Look just stay away from Paige please as he walked off to Paige direction. As they walked off to class Paige turn with a smirk on her face.

That little bitch was the first thing that popped in my head she lying to him so he could hate me, I refuse to play her sick mind games. He words played over in my head. He doesn't to believe me or not we been friends since forever how could he not. (Time speeds up) I was in study hall and I notice that Derek was staring at me with a nasty look on his face from across the room. I tries my best to ignore him and just put on my head phones listening to music. When I got a text from peter telling me to meet him near the La crosse field in 5 mins.

~Paige POV ~

I saw Amelia leaving out the building and walked towards the la crosse field this was my last chance to push them apart even more, this might end up breaking up this little friendship they have. I looked at one of my best and smiled " do it now I said to her as she punched me twice in the face hard "yelling son of a bitch" I said, leaving me with a bruise nose and a busted lip. Good enough she asked I nodded and she left. The bell ranged and I walked to the bath room when I saw Derek. What happened to you? as he rushed over and examined my face he looked Furious and angry. Who did this to you ? He asked I lied and told him Amelia did it she was upset that I told you about the party and attacked me in the bathroom right before the bell ranged. Are you sure it was Mel? He asked as I nodded yes. Go to the nurse office I will talked with Mel he said as I nodded walked off smirking.

~ Amelia POV ~

I walked back into the school after talking with peter when I was pulled towards the janitor closet by someone getting slammed into the wall with a hand on my throat I looker up and saw Derek. What the--- I was cut off by Derek. I strongly to you stay away from Paige but you totally disregard what I told you and to lay a hand on her you went to far. What are you talking about ? I said. Oh don't pretend like you don't know what you did to Paige the busted lip and bruised nose. He said as he let me go and pace back and forth. It no wonder you left study hall when you did so you can attack Paige and no would see, he said.

Derek I promise you I didn't lay a hand on Paige, you can ask Peter I was with him talking on the bench on the lacrosse field. I said, LIAR he yelled at me and slammed me back against the wall , I whimper in pain. Its said that your in hear attacking me for no reason I said. Oh have a reason , I can't believe I was ever friends with you, this friendship was a mistake , what we did was a mistake and you are a mistake he said. As my heart breaking into millions of pieces right.

Tears roll down my face I tried so hard not to break down in front of him. How its good to know how you really feel Derek, we were a mistake!? The only mistakes I have was trusting you and falling in love with you and hoping that you felt the same, that night might mean something to you but it meant something to me derek. You can go to hell if all I care, yanks my necklace he gave me off , and throw it to him and walks out of the closet leaving school.

~Derek POV ~ I stayed in school pissed the rest of day. (Fast forward) I got home up the stairs and up to my room. When I saw Peter sitting on my bed, he got up and walked up to me. What did hell did you just do to Amelia? You think that she hurt Paige why would she do that , that doesn't sound like her at all. You will to throw your friendship away for her he said. You would protect a liar , then again lying is what you good at I said in anger. You know what Derek screw you as he walked out the room.
