chapter 15 : Learning to forgive.

A/N : this chapter is about Amelia forgiving Derek for trying to kill her.

~Amelia POV~

Its been exactly 4 weeks since I spoke with derek, this morning I received 6 missed calls 4 text message and 3 video chat request all from him. I think it time , I should forgive him besides I missed being around him. He's been my best friend since we were babies. I can tell he regretted hurting me, and felt ashamed in not believing in me about Paige. Its crazy that after all this time I am still in love with him.

I decided to text him and to meet me in our favorite place as kids in 20mins. He text me back I will be there. I changed my clothes and put on my shoes, I grabbed two granola bars and two bottles water with me. I grabbed my purse and headed out the door. Thank god it Saturday, I need to get everything off my chest today.

~Derek POV ~

I waited in our spot looking around hoping that she shows up. I need to tell her everything, how I feel and why I did what I did to hurt her and hopefully she forgives me because I am in love with her. It's crazy that I never noticed her in that way sooner, maybe she would have never gotten her heart broken by josh. She would have been with me instead of him. I would have claimed her as my mate , we would have been happy. I can see my self having children with her and marrying her. I was brought out my thoughts by foot steps. I looked around and saw her standing there. Amelia I am sooooo... Sorry I ever hurted you, I know what I did was stupid and totally unforgivable. Please just give, me a chance to explain everything to you please. I don't want to lose you, you mean everything to me. I love you Amelia with everything in me I said. " I love you to Derek Hale" she said. Wait, what ? I said being shocked of what I just heard. She chuckles " you heard me , I love you Derek Hale I have been for a long time." She said

~Amelia POV ~

I forgive you , I don't want to fight with you anymore. I sort of understand why you did but I am done being mad that you did it. I missed talking and being around you everyday. I just want us to go back to how we use to be. "OK , but on one condition." He said. "which is ? I said." "be my girlfriend ? He said." "Wait ! What? Are you sure ? I asked." He nods, and moved closer to me. Yes , I will be your girlfriend Derek I said as I smiled. He leaned forward and kisses me passionately on the lips. All I could feel was sparks running through me and feeling weak in the knees as we pulled apart. "Wow" was  all I could say , I have wanted to do that for the longest. I looked into his eyes, and blushed hard. " Mel , I have to tell you something, he said." Ok, as I looked at him confused. " well, you and I are mates, he said." Wait ? As in soulmate ? I asked. As he nodded . so the whole me , missed being around and talking to you is -- he cuts me off. That is part of the mate bond we have. So, to complete our mate bond, we have to accept each other as mates, I have to mark you and we have to fully mate. He said , we you say fully mate you mean sex ? I asked and he nodded yes.  We already had sex before you found out I was your mate , how is having sex any different now ? I asked.  Because we were  just friends when did it the first time , this time we know everything going into next time and I will claim you when you want me to. It will help the bonding experience stronger then it is.
I am not going to rush you we can take it slow if you like! He said as I nodded yes.
